Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-5)

Townhouse condo in complex of over 90 condos, but all in buildings of four units each; separate entry and easy on-street parking in front of unit. Completely renovated in late 2011. All new appliances, including washer/dryer. Flat screen TVs in living area, kitchen, and both bedrooms. Master bath ensuite on second floor; second bath on first floor, both with walk-in showers (no bathtub). Wireless internet. Sound system with ceiling speakers. Tile flooring throughout, including stairs and baths. Dining area comfortably seats six. Private enclosed patio off kitchen/dining area. Mountain view from living room and master bedroom. Security system. The complex has three swimming pools, as well as tennis courts. Easy on-street parking right in front of unit.

The condo complex is located in a beautiful and quiet residential area (Little Tuscany), two blocks west of the main thoroughfare (Palm Canyon Dr.), about a mile from the center of the main shopping district.

A destination for sophisticated tourists, including many from the arts community, Palm Springs has many excellent restaurants, arts venues, cafes, and shops. Though the winter months are considered 'in season,' it is lively all year round.

We are looking for respectful tenants who will treat our home with the same care they exercise in their own homes.

Great Condo in Little Tuscany

We stayed here in April of 2012 and had a wonderful experience. I have stayed in Palm Springs on several occasions and this was by far the best experience I have had with a rental. On arrival the condo was immaculate and there was a care package that had been left for us by the owners (I have never had this experience before and it was a pleasant surprise). The entire complex was clean and quiet both day and night. The pictures here are more than accurate to showcase the inside of the condo. The owners, Gary and Oswaldo were also great to work with and beyond accommodating. I look forward to staying here again on many return trips to Palm Springs.
