Nice little Princeton location

This is a really nice little house. You wouldn't say it by just looking at the outside, but once inside, it had a complete homey feel. Close to Princeton downtown and University. I do a lot of traveling and the hotels grow old quick. Sleeps 2-4, clean and has Dish and internet. Owner was responsive and on time. Thumbs up

The house is clean and comfortable.
It's great for 2 adults and 2 children.
It's perfectly located very near Princeton center.
Helen received us very nicely.
She prepared a few water bottles in the fridge for us, soap in the bathroom.
We had a great holiday!
Owner's Response: Elizabeth and family are very nice people. They communicated with us very good and checked in on time. Before they checked out, they cleaned the room and put all the used sheets and towels into the laundry room. They emptied all of the garbage cans, refrigerator and kitchen cabinet. Our house was clean and neat, when they left. It was our pleasure to host Elizabeth's family.

We really enjoyed our stay. Owners were very accommodating and the home is well set up for extended visits: washer/dryer, pots/pans, wifi, cable TV, A/C, etc. Well located: can walk to Nassau Street and also to McCaffrey's for groceries. Great option for Princeton.
Owner's Response: David, his wife and three children were fantastic guests. They were extremely friendly, clean and courteous. They were very tidy and respectful during their stay. It's our pleasure to host them. I would recommend them to any host!

Five of us (2 adults, 3 kids) stayed in this house during a recent 3-day trip to Princeton. The house is cozy and simple but in a great spot and well set-up for travelers. The location is great -- relatively close to Nassau Street's many attractions but far enough away to be quiet. The owners met us promptly at the designated time and gave us a quick and courteous tour. Every appliance we used worked well, including air conditioning and Internet access. The two upstairs bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds, and the living room downstairs has a futon, so we could sleep five comfortably. The patio has a table and chairs for outdoors eating, and our kids particularly liked the garden swing. All-in-all, an excellent vacation rental for a short stay.
Owner's Response: Chris’s family is exactly what we want to hosting. Chris and his wife and their three lovely daughters are very nice and friendly. They were on time and communicated with us very well. They were very courteous and took great care of our house. It was a pleasure to host Chris’s family.

Perfect Location

We were hoping to find a place in Princeton near the university and the restaurants. This property was the perfect location! It's about a 2-5 minute walk to Nassau Street and right next to a bunch of schools, so it's perfect for a family like ours. It was near the YMCA, which has a swimming pool, which was awesome.

The house itself was nice, a bit small, but we did have 6 people. It's a charming little place with a lot of sunlight. Everything was very clean, and there were new towels and new sheets waiting for us when we arrived. The owners were very friendly, accommodating, and attentive to our needs.

I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Princeton!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
