New construction, hardwood floors, central gas heat/air conditioning, walking distance to everything, off street parking, balcony/terrace, great natural light, open floor plan, modern, hip furnishings, lighting, appliances and original artwork plus Also, plush linens, comforters, beach towels, cooler etc. Four parking spaces, outside slate deck and professional landscaped property for entertaining.

Main first floor: Kitchen w/stone counters & ultra modern appliances and finishes, gas range. Family room off kitchen with high speed internet, TV, couch and easy chairs. Formal living room with two couches

Second Floor: Master bedroom w/Queen bed, bureau and full bath w/washer & dryer. Second bedroom with (1) twin bed, small bureau and large closet. Third bedroom with (1) full bed, small bureau and large closet.

Outside: hedged in private yard with entertaining spaces, walk to everything -- near elementary school, train, shops, supermarket, restaurants
