This beautifully situated classic Vermont home is located on one of the most private lakes in the Green Mountains of Vermont. The rental includes use of our lakeside boathouse with deck and screened in porch as well as a dock, floating swim platform and several small boats. The house is situated with only one other owner owned house on 27 very private acres! Perfect for a family vacation or couples get away! Relax on the lakeside deck and swim or take a day trip to one of several nearby attractions. Hiking and biking are right outside your door!

This is a unique house in a unique location on a lake surrounded by the Green Mountain National Forest. A big old house with updated amenities that is perfect for group get-togethers. The deck on the screened in boathouse has an outstanding view of the lake and the mountains during the day, and the Milky Way and the stars on a clear night. My favorite activities are swimming, fishing and kayaking on the lake, mountain biking on the trails that go around the lake, or cycling on the low traffic Vermont roads. Followed up by a beer on the deck, of course.
