What a great condo in a beautiful setting on the Birches 1st Tee. The neighbors are wonderful, happy hour each evening was enjoyed by all. Every year someone hosts a party and the condo owners always invite the renters as well. Birchwood is such a fantastic community with some of the most wonderful people we have ever met and provides something for everyone from golf to tennis and the heated pool. Everything in the condo was in perfect working condition and is decorated exactly as the photos show with artwork, etc. Our stay was June and July 2012 and we are looking forward to summer 2013 which we have already reserved. Thanks Dick and Julie for sharing your great condo with us and having Arthur available to call if we needed anything!
