Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 9-11)

Fairly new beach apartment (2yrs old) with ocean view, backup power generator and water cistern, elevator, 3 pools, A/C on all rooms as well as in common areas. Top Location: walking distance to the village, where you can head out for dinner/drinks or to book one of many tours (scuba/fishing/bio-bay/boat rentals/kite surfing). The condo sits on higher ground which affords the most amazing view from our spacious balcony. All rooms are tastefully decorated. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a spacious closet and a private bathroom. We have a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds. We also have a wine-chiller that holds 42 bottles so you can relax on the balcony and take in the amazing sunsets. The apartment comes equipped with many extras including an electric grill, beach gear, a 47 inch LCD screen with blu-ray player, and a fully-stocked kitchen. Owners are fully bilingual and we have a standby property handyman, should the need arrive, but the apartment is new so we don't foresee any issues! Apartment has an entry cleaning fee, but we've priced the rental competitively accounting for that and it guarantees a better experience for our renters! Please email us with more questions.

About The Owner

Married couple. My wife is a lawyer and I am a financial advisor with a major broker dealer. Fully bilingual (did my B.S. and MBA in the US) so you won't encounter any language barriers. I own an 18 foot CC Edgewater fishing boat, which is one of the main reasons we purchased a place in Parguera. Love to take it out for a ride whenever we have time. My wife and I are very picky about maintenance/cleaning so the apartment is always in top shape.

Why The Owner chose La Parguera

Parguera is truly a unique place. Although its well known for its protected bay filled with more than 20 keys, its crystal clear waters, its bio-luminescent bay and as one of the top scuba diving spots in the Caribbean, Parguera has a lot more to offer. The people in this quiet fishing village are warm, kindhearted and very friendly. Stop by El Caracol for the town's best Sangria or head down to Pescaderia La Tarraya for the best seafood turnovers. Many local restaurants provide fresh catch, which is a plus! If you are looking for a place to hangout on a weekend night Yolanda's offers a laid back atmosphere and the owners speak English. We chose Parguera for all of the above and our condo in particular for its location and range of amenities. We might also mention that Parguera is a 15 minute drive to the nearby beach town of Cabo Rojo, which also offers a wide array of tourism amenities and great beaches.

What makes this condo unique

The three pools in our condo are probably the top attraction. Feels like you are in a hotel with the awesome cascades/jets and night lights! The view from the balcony is spectacular. The elevator is a nice feature when you need to bring up groceries/bags. 5 minute walk to the village is a plus, but if you feel like driving you'll get there in no time! Finally, its nice to know that power and/or water shortages are never an issue to worry about with our backup systems.

This place is amazing!! It is nice and clean, everything is brand new, it is very modern and the pool, OMG the pool.... My sister and I had a great time there. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The owner was very nice and communication throughout the whole process was great!!!

Great Place to Stay

This is a wonderful place to stay in La Parguera. The apartment and complex were immaculately clean and well maintained. The apartment is modern, comfortable and very nicely furnished. It is exactly the same as what is shown in the pictures. It has a breathtaking view of the bay from the balcony. There is a beautiful pool in the complex which is great for children (and adults) but you are also within walking distance of boat rentals and boat rides in the ocean so you might not find time to spend at the pool. You are also within walking distance of restaurants offering fresh seafood and other great Puerto Rican food. At the same time you have the advantage of staying at a quiet, private gated community away from any weekend crowds. The owner was very helpful and always available.to answer questions. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Getaway

We spent the most unforgettable weekend at La Parguera over President's weekend. The view from the condo was magnificent, I could have stayed at the balcony all day and feel heaven on earth but the sea was awaiting, so much to do. The owner, Max was so helpful and reassuring thru the rental process. He gave us clear instructions on what to do; the unit was tastefully decorated, very very comfortable.
The property was very clean and well-maintained. The location was within walking distants to restaurants and small shops.

I would definitely come back when I get a chance. It was a nice get away from the mainland especially when the weather and the surroundings were great!
