Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Heritage Bay is one of Naples newest golf communities boasting a 27 hole championship golf course surrounded by nature preserves and quary filled lakes. The community also has a driving range and practice putting greens.

Heritage Bay is a gated community, close to shopping and supermarkets. Approximately 15 minutes from the beach.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite with two sinks and shower. There are twin beds in the second bedroom, an additional two can sleep on convertable beds in the den. The unit also has a second full bathroom.

There is a lanai both front and back. The unit has a fully equiped kitchen. The large adjoining lanai has an electric grill. The living room is equiped with a 47' 1080p HD television, cable, telephone and internet are included. The rear lanai view is of fairway and lake.

The unit is a short walk to the magnificent two story clubhouse with a dining room, bar and grill rooms overlooking the golf course and beautiful lakes. The community offers a fully eqipped fitness center and exercise room with showers and sauna. There are seven lighted tennis courts and many pools including a resort style main pool with hot tub and a Tiki Bar.
