I want to say "thank you" to Rick and his wife for making our short stay in Fayetteville, Arkansas an enjoyable one. My daughter and I were on a college visit and had trouble finding a place to stay that was close to the university. My husband found this vacation rental for us and we were so happy. We usually stay in VRBO's when away because we enjoy cooking our own meals and having good space to move around. This home was about 5 minutes from the university and was perfect. I want to say that we arrived about midnight, the house was easy to access and already warm for us. Also, there were spices and oil in the cabinet, along with peanut butter, a sleeve of crackers and various other items for cooking. This was so nice because usually VRBO's are completely vacant of these items and we have to go out to get them even if we're staying a short time. The house was spacious, clean and the on-line description was right on accurate. Rick also called us the next morning to make sure we got in ok and that we had no questions. Thanks for making our first stay so warm and welcoming. We'll definitely stay here again when we visit Fayetteville and recommend to friends and family. One last importnt detail, a big "thank you" for making your home pet free and smoke free. A big plus for our family - and we own 2 dogs.
