KO OLINA RESORT TROPICAL RETREAT - 3 BDRM 2 BATH CONDO

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is exactly as described here and had all the amenities. We enjoyed the walk to the lagoons and kids absolutely loved it. The owners were very nice and courteous.

Since the place comes with kitchen, you can buy groceries from nearby ABC or safeway and make your own meal. The house is stocked with pots and pans and all necessarily silverwares.

The towels were plenty and came in handy for a trip to the pool or beach. The beach toys were nice and kids loved it.

And it comes with washer and dryer, so you can wash your clothes. It came in very handy.

The condo had everything your home would possibly have, and so it is a home away from home!

My husband and I wanted to take our infant daughter (8 months) on her first trip to Hawaii. Ko Olina was the perfect location. Beautiful sandy beaches, calm lagoons, Ko Olina has a variety of restaurants, walking path, and everything you'll need for a relaxing week (or longer) vacation. The only time we left Ko Olina in 9 days was to stock up on supplies at Target or grocery shopping at Safeway in Kapolei (just one exit away).

This condo worked out so well for us. It is comfortable and has everything you'll need. And I mean everything! My husband and I used the 3rd bedroom as an office. Unfortunately we were unable to completely unplug for the entire trip but this allowed us to work without interruption while the other entertained our daughter (something you couldn't do in a hotel room). My brother was able to swing out for a quick visit at the last minute and we had an extra "guest" bedroom for him to stay. We BBQ'd a couple nights at the pool (the condo has all the tools you'll need to cook and clean the grill). There are plenty of towels, linens, beach/pool toys, even supplies like laundry detergent, dish washer soap, paper towels, shampoo, body lotion, and things you don't normally see in a vacation rental like pack-n-play, booster seat/high chair, refreezable ice packs for your coolers, yes, there are beach coolers, travel coffee mugs, cooking spray & spices, etc.) The condo had everything we needed (and more). TRULY A HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

The condo is a perfect location for walking to the beach, Ko Olina Station, and easy access to the pool. The neighbor is friendly and offered to answer any questions we had about the community or resort.

Oh, and I have to mention, it was a pleasure to work with both Melissa and Lauren.

We had a wonderful month stay at this property with friends for 9 days and our daughter and family for another 10 days. This property is exactly as listed in the description and we always had great prompt communication when we had any questions. It is modern, clean, spacious and well decorated.
Kitchen is well-equipped and there are plenty of towels and linens. We missed having a water kettle for tea and I like to use boiling water on cutting boards whenever I work with meats. We inquired about having one and management had one for us the next day. Thank you. Missed having a tea pot but we managed without one. Welcome basket was a nice touch.
This is a private, gated community with short walks to the private/gated pool area, the lagoons, golf club, ABC store and restaurants. We enjoyed walking in the condo and resort area. For someone that can't walk a distance it is a short drive around the resort. I would suggest having a map included in the supplied binder showing the pathways one can take through the golf course and the condo complex to get to the ABC store, lagoons and restaurants. We had to explore the area before we found the pathways and that was okay but some would not know this.
The garage housed many things to use at the beach ( boogy boards, chairs, beach mats and snorkel gear). Loved the location about 30 minutes from the airport, Costco, Target, Safeway and restaurants are 10 minutes away.
Ko Olina area is a world apart from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki but yet a reasonable drive to Waikiki and North Shore.
Enjoyed our stay and would like to return someday.
