This beautifuly remodeled Townhouse is located in the Heart of the Village of La Jolla. Minutes to the beach, museums, world class shopping and restaurants. 3 miles to major freeways yet you are never bothered by traffic noise. 10 minutes from Torrey Pines Nature Reserve and Torrey Pines World Class Golf Course! San Diego International Airport is a 15-min drive south.

Bedrooms located upstairs with en-suite full bath for each bedroom. Another 1/2 bath located downstairs. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A small back patio with a Propane Grill/BBQ and lunch table for quiet meals in the sun. Full service 'high-end' laundry with washer & dryer located outside on the back patio for tenant use. Walking distance to everything. Fully furnished with surround sound theater system in the living room for great movie nights!

Master suite has plenty of closet space and it's own TV/DVD unit for romantic evenings. I am a former Military Officer, US Naval Academy and MIT graduate. I purchased this home for myself and my 2 kids. I am currently traveling abroad and thought it would be nice to allow travelers and vacationers the chance to experience La Jolla Village and the quiet serenity it boasts in one of the most upscale towns on the coast in San Diego. The La Jolla Village Escape

My family and I had an excellent stay at this quaint town home in La Jolla. We loved barbecuing on the back patio and walking down to the farmers market at the elementary school. It was a nice walk to the to the restaurants/shops on Prospect and the beach as well. The home was very clean and had beautiful travertine floors and an upgraded kitchen. The master bedroom and guest beds were very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. Very spacious bedrooms and living room. We are definitely planning on coming back soon! I highly recommend this vacation rental for anyone looking to stay in La Jolla.

Great Townhouse near Everything!

We had a great stay in this super well kept and well furnished town home. It's in a quiet little gated building, with parking, that's just blocks from beach, restaurants, shopping. Very convenient. Super comfortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and laundry. Really was a great fit for us as a family of four. We went down to the beaches almost every afternoon, and just a short drive to other parts of La Jolla to look at the seals, have a nice dinner, or hop on the highway to adventures elsewhere! Owner / manager is super responsive, even coming over within an hour one night to replace a firealarm battery. We would definitely stay here again!
