Great location!

We just got back from staying two weeks at this house in January. It is really in a fabulous location.
The neighborhood is huge, but this house is located directly beside the community playground. The community playground was not at all loud because of the many trees surrounding it, and it is nice and gated with a combination to keep it safe for guests. The house is also three blocks from the huge community pool and clubhouse. It is nice and safe for the older teens to go to the pool by themselves and it is just a few minute walk. We LOVED the location.
Windsor Hills is fantastically maintained, too, and the whole neighborhood is immaculate. It is about 3 miles from Disney World, and I didn't see anything nicer that close.
The house is nicely furnished and well maintained. It was very clean. We had no problems at all with it and were actually thinking that it looked a lot better in person than it showed in the photos. All of the bathrooms are right beside the bedrooms--three are en suite, two open to the hall so that they are easy to access.
On our last day the washing machine had some trouble so we called the management company. They sent someone out within about 30 minutes and when they couldn't fix it right then, they arranged to open another house on the street for us to finish our load in so that we wouldn't go home with soaked clothes. It wasn't a big deal to us, but we were really impressed with how responsive the management company was.
Also, we checked in after hours and I was surprised how convenient it was to do. The management company has a whole system in place to have your documents available after hours. Since we arrived so late (2 am) I was so glad that everything went seamlessly.
I would recommend this property, without hesitation, to my family and friends. It was really a wonderful place to stay while at Disney World. I would happily stay at this house again in the future.
We did not use the pool since we were going to Disney World almost every day, but the pool was very well maintained and if I were not going to the parks each day, I would have enjoyed using it.
