A newly built 3300 sq ft luxury home with 2000 sq ft of decks and panoramic views of Narragansett bay from our glass rail rooftop deck. Jamestown island is situated a couple of miles each way in between Newport and Narragnsett/North Kingstown. Enjoy downtown Jamestown with its great restaurants and quaint storefronts.Every possible upgrade has been done to this custom architect designed home, loads of space for the kids. There are 2 family rooms, one having a 47 inch lcd tv with high def box and 1000 sq ft top floor great room/ kitchen withth a 55 inch led tv with high def box and wrap around decks all around.. Plenty of room to entertain inside or out. There are over 300 trees, shrubs and plants spread amongst the property by noted landscape designer William Hannon.

The perfect location for a coastal Rhode Island vacation. Enjoy the awesome views of Narragansett bay from our brand new 3300 square foot home with1800 sq feet and 3 levels of decks including our rooftop deck with glass railings. Every bit of this architect designed custom built home has been carefully thought out for your enjoyment. There are even 2 family rooms one with a 55 inch led tv and the other with a 47 inch lcd, Gourmet top floor kitchen/ great room that is just amazing, No detail or upgrade was overlooked. Over 300 trees, shrubs and plants by renowned landscaper Wiiliam Hannon. The Quaint island of Jamestown lies in Narragansett bay , a couple of miles from Newport and Narragansett. Great beaches and restaurants are all close by.Enjoy!!!!!

We stayed at this amazing house with 5 adults and 5 children, more than enough room for everyone, fantastic kitchen, views from the decks are breathtaking. We were lucky enought to be here 4th of July week and could see fireworks all around the harbor! Very easy to get to, great walking neighborhood, close to Newport and beautiful beaches. We would highly recommend this home and look forward to returning next year ourselves!

This is a great house for multi-generational family vacation

My family spent a fabulous week at this incredible house, even the rainy days were enjoyable. Our group included two couples, a set of grandparents, a sister-in-law, two kids and their 87 year-old grandmother.
The kitchen is great for “Foodies”. It is a kitchen where you can have five people making different things in the kitchen and not run into each other.
The second floor family room is comfy for watching the morning cartoons or enjoying a late afternoon nap after a great beach day (for the adults) or finishing the book that you just can’t put down.
The decks where enjoyed by all from morning to night; morning coffee, quiet time reading, watching the water traffic go by or enjoying the sunsets.
Our family would highly recommend this house!!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
