TWO BEAUTIFUL, TWO-BEDROOM, two-bath condominiums located within the gated community of Sandestin are situated in the heart of the village. Both Open, bright and cheery, decorated in West Indies style decor. Deep creams and sage colored hues with rich flavorful finishes will make your stay feel warm and cozy.All areas have internet access!!!!!!!!!

Living area has sleeper sofa.

Lasata sleeping includes..

Master has a king-size bed with a private bath,TV and amoire.

2nd bedroom sleeps two, 2 twins (Lasata condo)

Two full baths,one in the master ,the other off the living area.

A full-size kitchen with granite countertops, rich cherry cabinets, and mosaic tile will let you enjoy the culinary arts.There is a granite breakfast bar, Washer/dryer is right off the kitchen.

In addition to the Lasata condo , I have another condo 2 bed 2 bath in Market St Inn. Both bedrooms have king beds and it is located directly in the village. Great location, white picket fenced courtyard, it is a beautiful unit, it is also pictured in this add ,it is the 1st set of pictures

Amenities for both include:

- Access to the beach( by the Finz restaurant)

- Access to Village pool, hot tub

- Access to state of the art excercise room

- Free covered parking

- Access to all biking trails, ponds and docks for fishing

A search for a homecoming dress and lower the stress!

We love renting from this couple. Everything is always in wonderful condition and they are more than accommodating. We've tried a few other condo's and always come back to these owners.
We have easy access to the beach, shopping and it's just wonderful and quiet.
Our granddaughter loved her room and own bathroom.
We truly always enjoy the trip here and never have had anything negative happen. No surprises, and always relaxing.

My family of four stayed here and had a wonderful time. The condo is in a perfect location. The unit is easy to access, has a wonderful, peaceful view and the sound insulation is first-rate - not a sound from adjoining floors, rooms - or the outside.

Furnishings are as pictured. The only caveat is that the 2nd bedroom is truly tiny - for one person, it's perfect but our two girls were a little cramped. Our choice, of course and is not an issue that the owners created. Next time, one of them will use the queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Best of all, the owners were always accessible and charming as well. I have no qualms in recommending this unit to any family - the rental rate provides tremendous value and you will not be disappointed!

My wife and I recently stayed at this very well appointed condo during our visit to Destin. It was our first time staying at Baytowne and we were extremely pleased with the amenities of the property! You almost don't need to bring anything to this condo; pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, etc everything you need is furnished. The only thing I would recommend bringing is a pillow (my wife and I are temperpedic snobs). All of the shopping and dining is literally less than 100 yards from the condo. It was a perfect distance away to avoid noise from the late night bars. We couldn't have asked for more and had a great time!!
