Beautiful remodeled free-standing villa overlooking the 18th fairway

of the Robert Trent Jones Crooked Oaks golf course with lagoon and

bridge. Only a short walk to the beach and Seabrook Island Club.

Seabrook Island is a lovely exclusive, private resort with world-

class golf, tennis, pristine beaches, horseback riding, fitness

center and a lovely Clubhouse with two restaurants as well as a

cabana with beachfront dining and two swimming pools.

The Villa is small but cozy with two bedrooms, two full baths, a

recently remodeled, fully equipped kitchen, deck with table and chairs for outside dining. HIGH SPEED INTERNET is

available throughout the villa. Two TVs, and a DVD player.

I live in the Charleston area and visit Seabrook Island as often as I can. I love to spend time in my Villa. It is beautiful, very private and only a short walk to the beach, Lakehouse, and Clubhouse. It is a small unit but priced very reasonably. Probably best for a couple but the unit has two twin beds to accomodate children or two additional guests.

Why Debby Moore chose Seabrook Island

Seabrook Island is close to the lovely, historic city of Charleston. The resort is lovely but private and seldom crowded with people. The resort and the Charleston area offer plenty of things to do.

What makes this villa unique

This villa is small but secluded and very private. It is a free-standing unit so you are not sharing a wall with a neighbor. The deck overlooks the 18th fairway of the Crooked Oaks Gold Course and offers lovely views of the lagoon and bridge over the lagoon where you will often see alligators sunning themselves or egrets fishing. One of the most private, peaceful, and cozy villas on the island!

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Family of four. Had a Great Time

We had a great time on our stay at Dunecrest Villa. Very neat and comfortable living conditions. Beds were great for sleeping and the kitchen was very handy for cooking meals at night. Having two bathrooms was also a great plus. Stayed right on the 18th hole which made for a short walk to the beach and the pools. My 14 year old also loved getting out on the golf course every evening(very good junior twilight rates). The kids loved the alligators and the many deer seen daily. Rented bikes. The company delivered them and picked them up. City of Charleston just a half hour drive that was very easy to navigate. Stores,shops and food all very close. I would definately recommend renting Debby's home. Thanks Again.

Wonderful villa

We stayed at the villa from 10 - 12 May. Debby was great to rent from. The villa was clean and accommodating and offered a nice relaxing environment to stay in. The views of the 18th fairway were great, particularly from the deck. Access to golf, restaurants, the beach and other activities was within biking distance. Great place to stay.

SUCH A GREAT TIME

My husband and I are already planning on staying at this great vacation destination again. The owner was so wonderful to work with and the accomodations were just what we needed for a week away from our "normal lives". The wildlife at Seabrook Island was so amazing, the people so friendly, and the peace and quiet made this a special trip. We did not need the amenity card as you can walk, bike, or just relax here. Love the beach and close to spending time in Charleston, SC.

Amazing Vacation

Our week at Seabrook was a "dream" vacation! It was so peaceful and relaxing, like being in a different world. We watched dolphins swimming just off the shore every day and the sunsets were amazing.
The beaches were uncrowded and clean and so natural, the words to describe the peace that I felt in my soul every time I would walk along the shore escape me.
The "treehouse" was everything promised and more. Everything was nice and clean and we had everything we needed to cook and that was a big plus for us. My daughters and I all agree, it was worth the money and the trip for this week to recover from everyday life and to renew our spirit.
If you are looking for a vacation to relax and think about life.....this is the place.

Charming Villa as described

The listing was as described. My wife and I took our 2 girls (9 and 7) down to Seabrook. Absolutely loved the villa. It is very cute and plenty of room for 4. Villa was clean and had all the things we need ed for our stay. Debbie was a pleasure to work with. Loved having the wifi. Pool and beach are not far. Wildlife abounds and is all around this area of the island. Deer walked right under our Villa. Loved the quiet relaxing deck to sit and have a glass of wine.

Bohicket has a kids night that is great with face painting and balloons and other activities for the kids. They also host a kids fishing rodeo.

WE will be back. I would recommend this property to anyone with a family of 4 or less and looking for something quaint.
