Clean and well equipped Condo in a prime location.

During our recent vacation in the fall of 2012 we had the pleasure of staying at this condo in Phoenix.
We found the location to be perfect for us during our stay, the complex is quiet and private, yet as soon as you head out the gate you are in the heart of the city, close to the Pleasant Valley Mall, numerous restaurants, grocery stores and big box stores. You couldn't ask for a better location, easy access to all areas of the city, close to the #51 freeway, or head over on E Cactus Rd to N Scottsdale Rd and south into Scottsdale to visit historic Scottsdale
The complex itself is very clean, well maintained, the condo overlooks one of the complex's swimming pool which we used almost daily. With the complex having 5 pools we found the pool always to be reasonable quiet and at times had it to ourselves. The condo itself was clean and well kept and stocked for our trip. The condo is spacious making it very comfortable during our month long stay. With 2 TV's the wife and are were able to separate and watch each of our favorite shows, thereby giving us both a little space from each other. All the appliances were clean, operational and fairly new, so they all worked perfectly. The decor although not to our tastes is quite appropriate to the location and very functional.
The owners were accessible and easy to deal with and very helpful in the area and with travel recommendations. Any issues or concerns we ran into were addressed promptly and quickly, making for a hassle-free trip and experience. Our vacation and stay was great and we'd come love to come back revisit Phoenix and stay at this condo again, we highly recommend this condo for anyone planning on making a trip here.
