This property is a combination of two updated 1920s homes including a cozy bungalow and an accommodating classic cottage, both of which are brimming with character. The stylish and very inviting cottage boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with everything you need to prepare mealtime masterpieces for your entire group. Back indoors, the comfortable living area offers a plush sectional sofa and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts. Things to Know
From March 2024 through July 2024, there may be limited access to this vacation rental due to a county sewer project. There may also be times when all vehicles are restricted from 7th St. However, there will be permitted parking along Gulf Dr.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
