The 6 King's Summer Island Cottage is a newly renovated, 4 bedroom house with a screened in front porch, living room, dining room, quaint, but modernized kitchen with new appliances, great room with breakfast nook area, 2 full bathrooms and a utility room with a washer and dryer. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The cottage is situated in a quiet neighborhood with access to small, private neighborhood beach for swimming and fishing and a small boat launch in backyard(high tide). The home is newly decorated with a safe available for valuables and an outdoor shower.

There is additional access to the Branford town beach and parking within short walking distance (from owner's other property ). There are nearby restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or let the Kings know if you want to prepare your own fresh local seafood as they have daily access to lobsters, clams and oysters. Even better yet you can have Bow Kings Seafood LLC provide you with a special seafood dinner. Prices and availability upon request.

Wonderful Stay!!!

My son and now daughter in-law had a beautiful wedding in Branford, CT. We rented this lovely home from the King family to stay in during all the festivities. This couldn't have worked out better. My whole immediate family was able to stay together and enjoy each others company for a few days prior to the wedding. The house allowed us to relax during what normally is a stressful and chaotic time. Wonderful neighborhood! My husband and I enjoyed a daily walk around the very scenic shoreline. The house is cozy, clean, and has all the amenities to make you feel at home. We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this rental. Thanks again King Family!!!

Ideal Gathering Spot for Large Families

This well kept home was the perfect accommodation for our whole family, including our grandchildren, and was not a disappointment for those who had to travel from out of state. We love to eat and drink, and the kitchen, dining room,and family room were perfect for every type of meal, not to mention the quaint backyard that was a perfect setting when being inside required an alternative. In addition to there seemed to be a room for everyone, whether you wanted to watch TV or play board games, Walking around the area, especially to the water, was relaxing because of the limited vehicle traffic. Having one of the owners literally 100 yards away was also a comforting aspect and the nearby attractions, including the Thimble Island cruise and the beautiful Branford Green were icing on the cake. This is definitely a recommended gathering spot for families that need a larger accommodation.

Absolutely Wonderful - 5 stars !!!

What a lovely home. It had everything you could possibly want and more. The owners are the BEST. The house is perfect. Views were spectacular. The neighbors were soooooo friendly.
I rented for my son's graduation from Yale and it was the best time ever.
I will be back again.
