Townhome, 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

This 2 bedroom Town home is steps away from the Silverado Golf Course in a private gated community. You can pull into your 2-car garage in the quiet end unit at Paradise View Villas. The family room is comfortable and stylish with a lush sectional sofa and large flat screen TV. Cable TV and Wireless Internet are both included. There is a stone fireplace and tall vaulted ceilings for an open and spacious feeling. Both the family room and the dining room have glass sliding doors that open to the large back patio. You can enjoy dining al fresco at the table or relaxing in the sitting area.

The kitchen has many upgrades including granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The cabinets are filled with everything needed. The room has a breakfast bar that is open to the family room. There is a full sized washer and dryer and an extra bathroom with a shower on the first floor.

The upstairs has 2 bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. The tub in the master is a Jacuzzi tub with jets. There is a king and a queen-sized bed. The furniture is new and most of it is custom designed. There is a lush carpet upstairs and Travertine floors downstairs.

The condo is close to everything in this central Scottsdale location. You are minutes from Downtown Scottsdale and all the shopping and dining in the area. The Spring Training games and other events are all nearby. The greenbelt is steps away with miles of paths and you can see Camelback Mountain. The complex has a heated pool and hot tub for your use. This is an ideal place for your next trip to Scottsdale.

This wonderful condo comes with bonus amenities above and beyond your normal vacation rental. The owner has supplied two bikes in the garage for guest use. This location is perfect for bike rides and you are less then 1 mile away from the Scottsdale Greenbelt which is a 12 mile long series of multi-use trails. You can even ride all the way to Tempe Town Lake and back. The owner has also supplied a laptop computer for guest usage. This is a great rental and you can tell the owner has strived to make this 'home away from home' as welcoming and cozy as possible.

Friends recommended that we stay here last year, and we did. It was great. Stayed ten days this year. Even greater than before. They have now added a laptop and bicycles. I cannot think of anything more one could possibly want or need. Definitely a 5-star rating that I have recommended to many people.

Great location, great place to stay

Wonderful place to stay. Tastefully decorated with every comfort. Ambience in every room. Quiet complex. Your every need is covered from the Keurig coffee maker to the bicycles. Close to Silverado Golf Course and walking trails.

This was our first experience staying in a condo and it was so great we can hardly wait for Spring Training 2013.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
