Welcome to our newly built modern casita, a luxurious poolhouse nestled in the vibrant neighborhoods of South Austin. With an expansive 575 square feet, this spacious abode features one bedroom and one bath, offering you a comfortable and stylish retreat. Whether you're seeking a vacation haven or a remote workspace, our casita provides the perfect blend of relaxation and productivity, complete with a dedicated workspace boasting strong, reliable Wi-Fi.

Nestled on a spacious, fenced-in corner lot, our casita offers you a private haven while sharing our pool and backyard space. There might be times when you'll see us in the pool or backyard, along with the occasional presence of our family or friends. Rest assured, we value your privacy and will adapt our interactions to your comfort level.

We're here for you at any time and our interaction can be as frequent or as limited as you'd like! We're flexible.

Our strategically located Airbnb ensures that you're never far from the action. Immerse yourself in the eclectic energy of South Congress, soak in the trendy vibes of South Lamar, or take a refreshing dip in Barton Springs - all just a short 20-minute drive away for those with a vehicle. And if you're looking for hassle-free transportation, don't worry - you can easily catch a convenient 20-minute Uber or Lyft ride to downtown Austin.

We take great care in maintaining our pool to ensure a wonderful stay for you. While we strive to keep the water pristine, occasional winds might bring in a few nature-inspired surprises. Don't fret! Feel free to give us a shout, and we'll gladly whisk away any debris that may have found its way in. On the other hand, if you're feeling adventurous, you'll find a handy pool skimmer net right by the casita, attached to the wall. It's there for your convenience, so you can enjoy a clean and refreshing dip whenever you please. Your comfort is our priority, and we can't wait to share our little slice of paradise with you!
Thank you for considering booking with us! Before you confirm your stay, we want to make sure you're aware of our house rules, which are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Please note that there will be no refunds for house rule violations and violators may be asked to leave the premises. Our rules are as follows:

General Rules

-No pets are allowed in the home

-No illegal drugs, smoking, or vaping are allowed on the premises. A $300 fine and additional cleaning fees may be imposed for violations

-No parties or events

-Pool is open from 7 am to 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels down during this time.

-No glass or food is allowed in the pool area.

-No diving or jumping into the pool.

-The house is on a septic system. Septic systems are especially sensitive to paper towels, feminine hygiene products, chemicals, etc, Please only flush toilet paper.

-Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without prior approval. Any unauthorized guest will result in an additional fee.

-Please use the available coasters on the wooden furniture and countertops

-All garbage should go in the provided wastebaskets. If wastebaskets are full during your stay, please tie and dispose of any full waste bags in the marked bins outside

-Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges

-Check-out is at 11AM. Late check-outs, if available, need to be authorized by the host no later than 3PM the evening before check-out. Additional fees may be assessed for violations. We usually have guests booked back to back and when someone checks out late it causes an inconvenience for the maid and for the next guest

-Video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers, and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given. Please note photo shoots done without prior consent face penalties of up to $500 a day

-The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please limit any loud noises after 10 PM

Safety Requirements and Precautions

-Our home is not childproofed. Please take extra precautions to ensure your children’s safety

-Homeowner is not responsible for any injuries that occur while on the property

-No open flames or candles of any kind

-The homeowner is not responsible for any lost or stolen items

-No weapons or firearms are allowed on the property

-Please note that we treat the interior and exterior to keep out pests, including ants, insects, mice, roaches, and other pests. While not common, our space may not be a fit for those who are phobic of these and other wildlife
