This privately owned villa is located in a 20 acres vacation property between the mangrove and the beach beautifully landscaped with large green areas, palm trees, tropical trees and flowering shrubs. Monkeys, iguanas, squirrels, opossums and other animals live in the premises all year long. A lake inhabited by turtles attracts ducks, ibis and many other birds. Over 60 bird species have been identified on the grounds. A large pool and a tropical style club house, the Rancho, are just a few steps from the villa. There is a 5 minutes walk to the 10 km long, private and unspoiled Palo Seco Beach where sea turtles lay.

Local services: A permanent team is present to ensure you a pleasant stay. The Administrator, one of the villa owners in the condominium, welcomes you and provides useful information. Gardeners, maids and a technician take care of the gardens, pool and villas. A guard ensures safety. Maid service is provided every 4th day.

The house was built in 2007. It has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a parking porch and a separate laundry room. Telephone and Wi-Fi Internet. Beach towels and beach chairs provided.

There are 3 restaurants on the beach. The closest is only 400 meters away.

In Parrita, a town of 4,000 inhabitants 4 Km from the property, there are many services: supermarkets, banks, restaurants, internet, inter-urban bus station, gas stations, garages, pharmacies, shops, etc. A small supermarket and an Internet service are 3 km away on the road to Parrita.

About Mauricio and Maryvonne Lopez

We are french and live in France close to Grenoble in the Alps.

Maryvonne is a psychologist, she was born in Dijon, land of mustard and good wine.

Mauricio is a computer scientist, he was born and lived in Colombia until he was 25. He went to France where he got his PhD and met Maryvonne.

Mauricio and Maryvonne Lopez purchased this villa in 2007
