SUMMER SPECIALS....book early for 2013 winter season as our home books out fast. BEST LOCATION IN PARK CITY, WALK TO MAIN STREET AND SKI DOWN TO TOWN LIFT OR TO BACK YARD AT END OF THE DAY...LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

SKI IN AND SKI OUT, WOW. This luxury five bedroom/four bath home located on Woodside Avenue in Park City's Historic Old Town. You can take a two minute walk to the Town Lift and away you go to Park City Mountain Resort for a day of skiing or snowboarding. The other option, walk to Main Street in minutes and enjoy the shopping and all the restaurants. The location is the best you can find and its in our beautiful home. You are able to come and go as you please and meet your group at the house after a day of ski/snowboarding or after visiting main street during the evening of entertainment. There are no worries about taxi's or shuttles, its all a two minute walk away. Once you experience the ease of walking everywhere, you will come back year after year to our home. There are also fast shuttles to the other resorts in the Canyon such as Deer Valley and Canyons Resort. If you want to visit other resorts such as Snowbird, Snowbasin, Solitude, Alta, Sundance or the many other fantastic resorts....its all less than an hour drive if you choose to drive or take a shuttle.

The home with its 5 Bedrooms is very well designed for groups or multiple families on how the bedrooms are laid out. The very top floor has the master bedroom (king), walk in closet and has its own private bath. Two of the other bedrooms are on that floor; One bedroom has a queen and the other bedroom has two twin beds and there is another full bath room on this floor as well. On the main floor is another bedroom that has a queen bed, its own sofa, walk in closet and a private bath. The bottom floor bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath. The home is very well spaced for privacy and quiet when needed. We also have foosball table in the garage area. The two larger bedrooms each have queen beds with private baths and each has its own fireplace for the comfort of your evenings. Also, we have a pull away that can be put in any of the rooms if you have an extra guest.

Right off the Master bedroom is an 8 person hot tub outside and has a nice roof overhead and makes it a cozy place to have a glass of wine at the end of a long day of skiing/snowboarding or shopping.

We appreciate and understand how important it is to have a well equipped home during your stay and we have done all the little details to ensure you have all the things you would expect in our beautiful home.

The kitchen also has all the extra items that you would expect during your stay such as microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and all the cooking utensils one would need to bake a cake or cook a turkey. We have some great board games as well for that night at home for laughs with the group.

We were a group of 10 guys from CT/NYC. The house fit us all and was awesome!
Great layout, SKI-IN SKI-OUT was awesome.. After a long day in the PC powder you literally ski straight up to the huge hot tub and jump in.
Owner is a super accommodating guy and makes it seamless.
The location is perfect, 2 min walk down the stairs right to the heart of Main St.
This is the place you want to stay... Good for everything, big groups and families.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
