The holiday residency Villa Gitela is situated on a hillside overlooking the picturesque bay. During the summer months a refreshing Mistral (westerly wind) cools off the afternoons. A small sandy beach is within 5 minutes walk. You can also ferry to the small, uninhabited deserted island across the bay. There, you will find peace and tranquillity by the azure-coloured sea. You can relax in the shadow of old pine trees and listen to the sound of the crickets. At twilight you may want to take a walk along the winding promenade that leads you to several bays and the old town of Rab. Close to our home you will find great small sand beaches, different shopping possibilities, small restaurants and bars. There are different sport activities, like sailing, diving, boat rental or tennis possible.
