Relax in this comfortable lakefront family cottage with knotty pine interior, large deck and screened in porch, on which many a lobster and clam feast has been enjoyed on beautiful summer evening - mosquito free! Enjoy the sandy beach front and dock for swimming or mooring your power boat. Our cottage sits on Broad Bay with a beautiful view of Mt. Chocorua. Abbots General Store is right down the street, so you don't have to worry about whatever you forget. Also, we just added high speed internet so you can stay in touch with friends and family.

This cottage is perfect for a private getaway.

Great place, just right.

Perfect size, clean, sunny beach and nice view.

Everything is well kept and in great shape. Wi-Fi was a nice surprise, and is a must these days since cell service at the lake can be spotty.

Would love to go back again next year.

Great Vacation!

My wife and I rented this beautiful cottage the last week of June and can't say enough great things about it. The cottage was very clean an Gary the owner was so nice. It was so quiet both day and night. We went to Wolfeboro a couple of days and hiked Mt Chocorua. We also spent many days down by the sandy beach area. This cottage has everything you could need both inside and out. We both didn't want to leave (including our dog) and can't wait to go back. What a great value!
