Late October Stay

The Lake House was as expected from the pictures and description - very clean, spacious inside, well organized and laid-out. We stayed 9 days, and enjoyed the beautiful views of nature as seen from the house and strolling on the road. At the time we stayed, the area was very quiet as it was off-season. The loudest sounds were the geese gathering for migration and the local turkey flock which would amble across the road. We were looking for a place to chill and hang out, and our expectations were met. The large dining table allowed us to work puzzles or play Scrabble on one side, while leaving space for the four of us to eat on the other. The kitchen was well appointed, and in over a week of cooking meals and baking, there wasn't any appliance or tool I needed that wasn't provided. Clear instructions were left on how to use the wireless, cable tv, gaming setup etc.
