Relax and enjoy the warm sun with endless opportunities to experience the Florida lifestyle. Beautiful area in Hernando County also known as the Nature Coast. Easily accessible from SunCoast Parkway, 40 miles north of Tampa. Bedrooms on each end of home with 51 inch Sony HD television in living room. Extra fast turbo 30 Mb internet service. Second 27 inch television in lanai and third 13 inch television in master bedroom. Updated appliances including refrigerator with ice and water through door, microwave, front load washer and dryer. Brand new Bryant central air conditioner and heating. Grill steaks and seafood on the Charbroil grill on the patio off the lanai or eat at the many restaurants nearby. Many golf courses within 10 miles. Two bikes provided to use in our bike-friendly neighborhood. Short drive to Pine Island or Hudson Beach to view sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico or to go swimming. View manatees at the Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, a Florida heritage. Rent a canoe or kayak at Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, go for a river boat cruise or see Mermaid shows held on 2nd or 3rd weekend of the month.

Since visiting grandparents back in the 70s I knew I wanted to retire here. The warmth makes you sigh with relief after experiencing the cold winter up north. It is within driving distance of Tampa International Airport and St Petersburg Clearwater Airport.

The home was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. All appliances were newer and convenient. The
neighbours were friendly and told us about various restraurants and entertainment venues we might be
interested in. The area is residential and very quiet. The waterfront views and birds add to the relaxing
atmosphere. A problem with internet access was quickly dealt with by the owner after a phone call to her,We appreciated her prompt attention.

We were most pleased with our vacation accomodation in Spring Hill. It was a clean,spacious home with all the ammenities and more. Located on a quiet street with one entrance andwith pleasant,neighbours . Everything necessary to enjoy a relaxing holiday is readily available.We golfed at nice courses ,visited the nearby gulf beaches and shopped at area malls .We found the owner to be very helpful and wishing to make our stay as comfortable as possible.I think all ages would enjoy their stay at this site.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in a quiet residential neighborhood. The home was clean and comfortable. It had a well equipped kitchen for cooking and also some good restaurants nearby if you want to eat out.
The neighbors were friendly and helpful, we would certainly consider returning another time.

We've had a great time & felt at home the minute we walked in the door. The house was clean, cozy & comfy. The house is on a quiet street & the neighbors are friendly. Shopping is convenient. There are plenty restaurants to satisfy whatever cravings you have. Oh...we managed to "squeeze" in more than a dozen rounds of golf and meet some interesting people who completed our foursomes. The owners were more than helpful & friendly when we called them with questions. We took advantage of the wifi & brought our laptop & used it to google area information. As 1st time snowbirds we would highly recommend this property.
