Miraloma on the Cove is located in the quiet Seaside Town of Sidney BC at the northern end of the natural, beautiful and unspoiled charm of the Saanich Peninsula. It is conveniently located within a 5 minute drive from Victoria International Airport and minutes from the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal with ferry service to the Gulf Islands and Mainland BC. World famous Butchart Gardens, the Aviation Museum, Butterfly World, Shaw Marine Centre are located within a 15 minute drive from Sidney. Downtown Victoria is a 25 minute drive from Sidney, home of the Historical Royal B.C Museum, Provincial Legislative grounds and the beautiful Victoria Inner Harbour. Victoria and Sidney are blessed with majestic views of the Olympic and Cascade Ranges

From Miraloma you can take a 20 minute walk to beautiful downtown Sidney, browse the many bookshops (per capita book capital of Canada) and shop the numerous unique boutiques. Enjoy a coffee or a delicious meal in one of Sidney’s many coffee shops or restaurants. In the summertime, every Thursday evening Sidney’s main street becomes the Beacon Avenue Market, the largest street market in Western Canada.

Miraloma Suite 201 ACD is a one bedroom ocean-view condo with a wrap around covered balcony where you can view the numerous boats of all shapes and sizes arriving and departing from the neighboring Van Isle Marina. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and cooking utensils. The living room includes a comfortable chesterfield that can turn into a queen-sized sofa bed. The suite offers cable TV a DVD player, a DVD movie library, and internet connection. The adjoining bathroom has a soaker tub and walk in shower. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with down duvet and T.V. for late night viewing.

The Miraloma complex offers a a large foyer with comfortable seating, a shared BBQ, hot tub and an exercise room for all its guests.

About The Owner

Miraloma on the Cove is a 22 unit condo property. The majority of the units are quarter share owners. Three owners of suite 201 (ACD) have decided to pool their weeks and offer them for public vacation rental. The ACD owners are Bill & Claire Jesse, Howard Nelson, Murray Bryant and Michelle Choma.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2005

Miraloma on the Cove could not be better located for people interested in exploring Vancouver Island. The Town of Sidney is dedicated to the vacationer, with unique shops, restaurants and book stores. It is 25 minutes from downtown Victoria. The government center for BC with museums and numerous tourist attractions.

What makes this condo unique

In the morning sit on the covered balcony and watch the boat traffic from 3 large marinas, locate in the bay. Anything from 15 foot sail boats to 80 foot + yachts. Take a hike through the neighboring ocean view properties, walk down the docks of the marinas or stroll through beautiful parks and trails in the area.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days in July. It was a wonderful oasis of tranquility and beauty to come home to at the end of our day and to wake up to every morning. Beautifully ocean views. The unit was beautiful. Tastefully decorated, very clean, plenty of towels, very comfortable bed,quiet end of the road location, great deck. I have stayed in several locations when visiting Sydney and nothing comes close to how lovely this was with the ocean so close. Thankyou for sharing your wonderful condo!

Nicely appointed condominium with balcony overlooking the cove. The listing description is accurate and there is gated parking and bikes for use of guests. The condo was clean and well maintained and the owners were helpful and they readily answered our questions. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends & relatives. It is convenient to a marina for boat or sea kyak rentals. Sydney is an attractive town a few minutes away by car with sea side walks, good shopping and several excellent sea- food restaurants. Victoria is also close by about 20 minutes by car .

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Our stay at Miraloma was awesome! -The building and grounds are very well kept and clean. -The location is very quiet. -The location is close to all attractions. -The condo is very well kept and clean and has all the amenities for a short or long stay. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect quiet getaway
