The villa is located at Sithonia peninsula between Agios Nikolaos and Pirgadikia villages, facing Mount Athos. The area is quiet and ideal for families with children and those who are looking for a relaxing vacation.
The villa is built in 2 levels (120 m2), is surrounded by a beautiful natural garden of pine trees and olive trees, in a private property of 1.000 m2. It is located directly on the waterfront; with access to a smooth fine sandy beach with crystal-clear waters on its left and a ‘private’ smaller beach in its front. A rocky area with small caves is close by at swimmable distance, offering the perfect opportunity for snorkeling explorations.
Within a 6 km distance are 3 villages: Pirgadikia, a traditional waterfront village with fish taverns and a marina; Metagitsi, a mountain-located village with traditional cafes and meet-serving taverns; and Agios Nikolaos, with traditionally built stone-houses and a Health Center. In all these villages’ small grocery and dairy markets as well as other stores may cover all daily needs. Super markets are accessible within 15km at Nikiti village, where the Sithonia Municipality Office is also located.
Ormos Panagias is a small fishing village (12 km) from where you may depart on a “must-do” daily cruise around Mount Athos. The tour of Sithonia peninsula (100km) by car, around the beautiful mountain Itamos, offers another opportunity for exploring beautiful beaches, exquisite food, and enjoying the landscape of Halkidiki. The village of New Maramars is 28km from the villa and offers multiple night life prospects, an 18-hole golf course, and a Casino.
