Modern 'loft in a lower level' feel. Very relaxing atmosphere with extensive custom lighting and great entertainment with 42 inch HDTV.
Over 500 channels with converter box / DVR / hundreds of programs on demand. HBO+++ Fast Broadband Wifi Internet. .
Three sleep number beds (Queens). Sleeps six in beds and four more in convertible inner-spring futon style sofa sleepers. Sleeps a total of 10.
Kitchen has refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, four burner gas stove with oven, countertop oven with rotisserie, induction hot plate.
Four person dining table plus additional six person dining table can be combined to seat 10.
Compartmentalized bath with doors to jetted tub / shower and other areas allows three to get ready for your event at the same time.
Shared Patio in the back yard includes Gas + Charcoal barbecue available on patio (Yes, even in winter if you are cold blooded!), Table and Chairs, Firepit, etc.
Private Washer and Dryer.
Close to Downtown Minneapolis, Uptown Minneapolis, University of Minnesota, and four Metro Hospitals-- Methodist, North Memorial, Abbott Northwestern, Fairview Southdale.
Close to all the cultural and recreational activities Minneapolis offers.
Exactly two miles west of Lake Calhoun and the famous Minneapolis chain of Lakes. Two major Bike / Hike / Walk trails that take you to Downtown or Uptown dining, entertainment and shopping areas.
Fifteen minutes by car to Mall of America, International Airport, Lake Minnetonka, Downtown St. Paul. (All are easy access by transit, too; even Lake Minnetonka!)
It is possible to attend a conference or trade show at the Convention Center more easily here than staying at some downtown hotels.
Easy transfer to light rail to the Airport and Mall of America.
RESTAURANT NOTE: See twincitiesdiningguide (dot) com no matter where you end up staying. You can look by geography. Try looking up Minneapolis / Southwest Minneapolis. Try looking up St. Louis Park. You can look by restaurants that use an independent DELIVERY service, you have your own room service!
RESTAURANT NOTE: We belong to a frequent dining club from a different service / website -- over 160 restaurants. The cards are reusable each month. They are in a three ring binder in the unit. Please return cards for other guests.
Sheets and towels laundered fragrance free.
Dogs and cats can be accepted, please call for details.
Scott & Jenna live in the building, and are always available by cell phone in case of emergency. (We have been property managers for over ten years, and have helped people in just about every situation!) '

Why Scott and Jenna chose Minneapolis
We purchased this multi-unit building to live in because of its' incredibly convenient location. You can get anywhere fast, on highways or using public transportation. And lakes and parks are very close.
What makes this studio unique
Our location is incredibly convenient which helps you make your stay more pleasant. We are one block from a chain coffee shop and an independent coffee shop with soups, sandwiches and the Twin Cities best ice cream (Sebastian Joe's). We also have two convenience stores, 24 hour fitness, stylist, pizza carry out, etc. More than one of our guests has walked or biked the trail that starts outside our door to Lake Calhoun, rented a kayak or canoe, and walked back. No matter how you want to get around, our location offers convenience.

We enjoyed staying at your rental and thank you for your thoughtfulness with providing "extras" for the baby.
