This executive rental home, located a quick 10 minutes from the airport in northeastern San Antonio, is perfect for golfers, military families, a fabulous family vacation or a romantic getaway.

The main floor features a large master bedroom that includes a king size bed, large walk in closet and full size bathroom, including two person Jacuzzi, shower private water-closet and a his and hers vanity.

The family/living room backs on to the kitchen and features comfortable seating, and a hidebed loveseat for extra guests; a granite fireplace and a 52” Samsung LCD TV. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an island perfect for serving up a family meal or appetizers with friends. The dining room includes a large dinner table that seats eight comfortably.

The main floor patio includes a new gas Bar-B-Q, patio table and chairs, BBQ pit, water fountain and provides a great place to enjoy the trees and flowers in the large gardens on the property.

The second floor includes two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a full bathroom and a beautiful balcony, a great place to grab your drink, sit back and relax!

The home is located on the ninth hole of the Northern Hills Golf Club. One of the top golf courses in San Antonio, this affordable course provides a challenge to golfers at all levels. This home is on a pie shaped lot with lots of plants and fruit trees (lemon peach apple orange) and a variety of flowering trees and schrubs. the inside has a two person jacuzzi with 22 foot cielings and romantic lighting; while the second floor has a fresh bright feeling with a private deck for reading or enjoying that morning coffee.

Upon arrival, I was awed by the beauty of this home. From correspondence with the owner to the quaintness of the home, I knew this was a perfect fit for me. The home was spacious and the neighborhood was quiet. It is convenient located around the corner from several restaurants, groceries stores and a short distance from major highways. I will surely rent this home on my next visit.

Property was exactly as stated,very clean,lots of incoming sun light,large comfy rooms,great beds kitchen had all the items you needed for whatever you were preparing,A great area gated cul de sac very friendly area with great neighbors who were always ready to help or borrow if you were short an item,asked one if he knew where we could get some firewood as they have a little unit for fires we had the wood delivered within 10 mins,never did use it as the wind was always blowing.
Flo was a great person to deal with she emailed a few times making sure all was ok and if we had any questions or concerns.Easy area to get around close to groceries eating and major freeways and about 7 minutes from airport Would highly recommend this property

we had a great time .Thank You for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. It was as you said fully furnished with everything we could need & more. Your home was spacious & gracious & we enjoyed the Master ensuite spa tub immensely. the Master BR walk in closet was super, i had to go & buy some new clothes to hang. the landscaping was amazing & private.Bar-b-quing on the open patio was most enjoyable. The upstairs balcony between the 2 additional BR's was awesome. We enjoyed the golf course which was in great condition. We will be asking to stay again Thank You for a great time & allowing us to stay in your home away from home.It was GREAT!
