What could be better than spending a family vacation in a brand new beautiful 4,100 sq ft cabin surrounded by trees and mountains. Located only 1 mile from Brian Head Resort.

Enjoy your vacation at our brand new 4 bedroom cabin. Cabin features 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths, large basement family room with foosball table and one bed and bath, second floor with 2 bedrooms and a bath, plus a large loft with pool table with space to sleep on matts. Main level has a large master bedroom with fireplace, private bath, plus half bath. We have a fully-equipped kitchen including dishes, flatware, small appliances, pots and pans, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, granite countertops and more. The family room boasts a cozy fireplace to relax in and enjoy the view. Floor to ceiling windows that over look the meadow and the beautiful mountains that surround it. Just outside the family room from the deck you can see more of the amazing mountain cabin life that awaits you.

The cabin has 1 King and 3 Queen size beds plus a full size futon. This wonderful cabin is nestled among the tree's, but seconds from skiing in the winter and hiking and riding bike's or ATV's in the summer. The views of the mountains and tree's are quite spectacular.

Cabin layout: 3 levels: Garage level: One car garage w/ additional open space next to cabin. Living room with 50 inch TV, DVD, VCR, and Dish. Queen bedroom with full bath.

Main floor: Family room with amazing views from the wall of windows as well as out on the deck. The family room has a stone gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are 3 stools at the island. The nook table seats 6 but can fit more with folding chairs. There is a half bath. The Master bedroom has a queen pine bed with a private full bath that has a separate shower and jetted tub and double sinks.

3rd floor: Open loft with pool table. Two bedrooms with queen size beds share a full bath.

No Smoking, No Pets!: Brian Head is considered one of the top ten family vacation destinations in the United States. Enjoy great snowboarding, skiing (2 minute drive to resort), mountain biking and more!!

The Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument and Cedar City's Tony Award Winning Utah Shakespearean Festival are just a few of the sights and experiences awaiting in this stunning area of the country. Snowmobile and ATV rentals, tours, and trail maps are available right in town. There is cross-country skiing as well as a spa located a couple blocks away in Cedar Breaks Lodge. We loved this home! We rented it with 3 other families for a total of 18 people! I was very concerned that the space would be tight but with the 3 levels and loft, it felt very spacious! The home was extremely clean and well kept, with all the amenities you need and want. The pool table, and foozball table kept the kids busy and there was lots of space for everyone to just hang out. The long and spacious garage allowed for us to come and go while leaving all of our jackets, snow clothes and boots in dry and spaceous area. There was plenty of parking for all of us as well. The location is beautiful! Although it is not ski in, ski out, it is very close to the lifts. This home rocks!

Excellent cabin with fully stocked new amenities. Great place to stay with family or a bunch of friends. Property was clean and very well maintained. Great place to sled down long hills. Located 2 min. from ski lifts. Couldn’t of asked for a better vacation. Love this cabin!

This was a beautiful, clean, and very spacious home. I really did not want to leave. There was plenty of room for the four families staying there, plenty of room for all of our kids, and without feeling crowded, and the pool table was a huge hit with all of them. I had such a relaxing and peaceful stay, and the surrounding property with all the trees and snow...well, it was fabulous! The ski resort was so close, just a couple of minutes away, and the skiing itself was just amazing! I would love to go back again. I really can't say enough about this house. The pictures really do not do it justice.

Wonderful Place To Stay

We just got back from a great weekend in this beautiful cabin. We had 18 people in our group, so were concerned that it would be "cramped". Boy were we wrong! The kids have their own area to play whether it be in the basement or the loft where there is a pool table. The kitchen is beautiful and has all the amenities of home including spices, utensils, and cookware. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The decor is classy and the whole place was very warm and welcoming. Not to mention, it was immaculate and clean! Even being stuck in a blizzard was blissful because we were so comfortable in this cabin. . Thank you Marty for sharing your home with us!

I have rented several cabins in Utah but this cabin was by far the coziest. There is plenty of space for everyone. Even though we enjoyed skiing at Brian Head, my fondest memories of this trip were of playing pool with the family and just hanging out!! Love the master bathroom and the fireplace in the master bedroom (WOW). I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone. Will be back some day soon, I hope!!!
