You will enjoy your own portion (separate entrance / nothing shared other than the driveway) of this 7000+ square foot home with spectacular views of all three Park City ski resorts. All new with all your creature comforts taken care of.
Your private entrance will take you to a large hallway, complete with bench to remove your boots, and a boot / glove dryer to ensure that everything is ready to go in the morning. Ski racks are provided and there is plenty of additional room for gear, strollers, etc.
Proceed up the private stairway to the main living area. You will enjoy a kitchenette complete with fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and toaster (no stove/cooktop but there is a gas grill with sideburner on the private balcony).

Your bathroom is outfitted with natural stone, in a pattern reminiscent of the mountains, with granite and a copper sink.
There is a large main room, with tall vaulted ceilings and plenty of light. Here you will find your oversized king bed with tons of pillows, down comforter and duvet, memory foam mattress, etc. – everything you need for the most restful of sleeps. You will also find a table and six chairs, seating area with leather sofabed, and a large 55 inch flat screen satellite TV. Enjoy artwork featuring skiing of yesteryear.
There is a cute bonus room with vaulted ceilings and two twin beds.
Enjoy amazing views from both windows and balcony. Direct views of all three Park City ski resorts and the Olympic ski jumps. Amazing views both day and night (with slopes illuminated for night skiing).
Enjoy all the creature comforts that make for an enjoyable stay -- the most comfortable of beds, luxury cotton robes, boot/glove dryers – the little things that make a difference.
In terms of location you will be in the Silver Creek / Glenwild area, a area boasting tons of trails, nature and larger property sizes. Step out the door to enjoy an extensive network of trails for non-motorized activities (i.e., hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding). You will see horses (the area is the center of equestrian activities in Park City), deer, elk, moose and more. The area is centrally located with Kimball Junction, Redstone, Newpark and The Canyons 10 minutes in one direction; Deer Valley’s back entrance and the Jordandelle reservoir 10 minutes the other direction; Historic Downtown Park City, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley’s main entrance 15 minutes away. Car is required (fyi - may cost no more than round trip ground transportation).
Property is priced attractively for a couple, yet can accommodate up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children if so desired.
Also note that your stay will be supporting the environment as you are choosing a green property with a substantial portion of the property's power coming from rooftop solar.

The most amazing views in all of Park City -- views of all three ski resorts, Olympic Park and the ski jumps, Glenwild golf course. Trails for mountain biking and hiking right out the door.
Your creature comforts have been thought of, from the most comfortable to beds, to luxury terry cotton bath robes.

What a wonderful apartment!
My husband and I flew in to see our daughter who recently moved to Park City. Airfare was extremely cheap and we booked the flight without realizing the hotel/condo rates were through the roof due to Sundance. After a bit of searching, we found this property and booked it. From start to finish, we could not have been happier.
Booking and Arrival: very easy through VRBO and Brad answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. The directions were explicit and entry to the apartment at 1am was not an issue. We were concerned about being out in the country and no lights to find addresses. This also turned out to be a non-issue as the address was well-lit. There was also a sense of comfort in seeing a light on in the main house kitchen as if to welcome us and to knock if we had any problems.
The Apartment: Very clean and comfortable for the 2 of us. The layout is unusual but functional. The master bed is part of the common area (sofa, dining table) and the room with the 2 twin beds is off of that area. The apartment is more family-friendly than friend-friendly due to limited privacy for those staying in the master bed. The kitchenette is tucked under the eaves and had everything we needed with coffee filters being our priority! There is a small porch with a table and a couple of chairs and gas grill. The windows looked out into an expanse of peaceful white, so beautiful!
Location: We were a bit concerned about being so far out of town but the drive turned out to be a non-issue and it ended up being quite close to our daughter's place. Brad said it was about 15-20 minutes from town but it seemed to be shorter. It was nice to come home at night away from the noise and crowds of Sundance.
Heads Up: There is a spiral staircase leading from the foyer to the apartment and is not set up for anyone with mobility issues; if staying during the winter, consider a heavier car due to possible ice and/or snow on the roads.
Nice touches: Thick towels, bathrobes, blow-dryer. On arrival, there was a tray with bottled water and chocolates, a wonderful thought!, a shoe dryer in the foyer (at least I think it was a shoe dryer...), iron, ironing board, extra linens, a good sized dining table, large screen TV, memory foam mattress, firm and soft pillows.
Mike and I really enjoyed the apartment and will plan on staying here again for our next visit. Thank you Brad!
I choose this house based on all the excellent reviews. Our experience was exactly like everyone described. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was easy to find; Brad gave good directions. He was very helpful with information and communicated well with us. When we called about the gas not working on the grill he called us back and said he was on his way with a new tank of butane. He was quick to respond if I called him or emailed him. My boys, husband, and I loved being in a house and cooking our own meals. We even packed food for lunch the next day. The boys/husband enjoyed skiing at Park City Mtn and The Canyons. Very good experience. We would love to come back!
I was fortunate to have found this fabulous rental which happened to be very near my daughters home in Park City. I stayed for almost a month and enjoyed the quiet sanctuary and beautiful views from the windows and balcony. The location is a quick 10-15 minute drive to Kimball Junction and to Park City Main St. The owner gave very good and specific directions to the home, which I found helpful as GPS is not always reliable in mountain communities.
There are 2 hiking trails right behind the property, that I enjoyed with my granddaughters and also horseback ridding. The unit is more spacious than it even appears in photos. I felt right at home, safe & secure. All the little extras were in place, coffee filters, paper products, cleaning supplies, kitchen necessities, lots of fluffy towels, and even some board games. The linens are high quality and it is very tastefully decorated with some rather high end touches. The rental was immaculate, which is important to me (and I can be kind of picky about things) WIFI was surprisingly good and I streamed Netflex in the evenings.
Brad was very quick to respond to all my correspondence and even replaced a light bulb within a few hours! The owners are friendly but respected my privacy. All in all, I would definitely recommend it, and plan to stay again during ski season.
Both were extra special . . . .staying in this beautiful apartment and spring skiing in Park City ! From start to finish, our week's stay could not have been more comfortable, and we shall always remember all the luxury of this home away from home.
A little bit off the beaten path, but everything you need and much more. Upscale property with great furnishings in a beautiful and quiet setting. Very roomy, larger than expected from the pictures. Owners very accommodating and make you feel like guests. Price is ridiculously low, hope to visit again soon.
