Our Villa is a 4,000 square foot furnished in a modern and elegant style. It is a very secure gated community with the hole 12 of the Golf course just outside the door. You have all the amenities of the Villa Complex including pool, tennis course, pool and playground for kids, walking areas and potting green in front of the Villa. Have a wonderful and relaxing vacation at our Villa which offers you four floors with crystal view elevator, four bedrooms (each with their own bathroom and closet) and a terrace or balcony on each bedroom. Also, there is a golf cart in the Villa. You can access Dorado Villa through the express way just 25-35 minutes from San Juan International airport. The Villa is walking distance to the Embassy Suites Hotel, Casino, Golf Course and the beach. Also, it's located near cinemas, restaurants, Walgreen's and CVS pharmacies and a lake perfect for fishing.

Wonderful family vacation in Dorado

Our group of 10 people (6 adults, 4 kids) enjoyed a wonderful stay over the winter break at this villa in Dorado. The pictures and description are accurate. We spent nearly 2 weeks in the villa but because of the layout of the house (divided over multiple floors) there was no 'cabin fever'. We could retreat in privacy easily. The four kids (ages 11 and under) shared one room sleeping in two full beds. We spent much time on the patio, enjoying dinners, games and the sounds of the crickets and birds at night. We watched the golfers and the iguanas on the golf course. The fire works on New Year's Eve were fun to watch too. The owners were very kind. There were games, 3D movies and glasses but we spent most of our time at the pool or exploring the island. One word of warning: driving in Puerto Rico is not for the faint of heart. We got lost several times and most people don't seem to follow traffic rules. But it's worth the effort because there is a lot to explore. We loved San Juan and enjoyed taking a ferry there from Catano.

As we drove off to the airport, one of the kids looked back sadly and said: 'Goodbye golf cart - I will miss you!' Yes, the golf cart was much appreciated. As was the pool at the Embassy Suites Hotel and their happy hour. I would recommend this villa to any of my friends without any hesitation.

Family Celebration in Paradise

My family and I went to Puerto Rico to celebrate my Mother's 90th birthday. We booked this villa because of the reviews, pictures and ammenities...especially the elevator for Mom! The pictures are accurate....This is a lovely villa! The day we arrived there was a severe thunderstorm to the island...so power was lost throughout the island...which affected the refrigerator, air conditioners and elevator. One phone call to the owner quickly resolved all the problems! The location of the villa is perfect. You have easy access to the golf course, the casino and the beach. There are many beautiful beaches in PR...but it was nice being able to drive the grandkids to the beach on the golf cart....not to mention the pool is steps outside of the unit, as well as the putting green and tennis courts .. The villa is spacious with plenty of rooms and privacy for everyone, 5 adults and 3 children!. We loved going up to the rooftop to enjoy a cocktail and the panoramic view in the evenings. Another plus was being able to barbeque on the large patio, and enjoy a game of dominoes...cards...etc while watching the golfers and the beautiful PR sunset. Dorado is a secure location, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, beauty salons, drug stores, malls...Everything you could possibly need is nearby. We had a wonderful Family Vacation and recommend this property.

Wonderful, Wonderful Stay in Dorado

Just spent a week here -me, my 90 year old mother, sister and her husband, niece and her husband and child. It was perfect for all. With a car close to everything on the Puerto Rican island. The owners are terrific people, the villa is perfect and beautifully decorated. No one wanted to leave at the end of the week. The grounds are beautifully maintained as is the villa. We cannot praise it enough and are already counting the days to going back.

A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY

My family and I recently stayed here and was a wonderful experience. Booking this villa, getting there and dealing with the manager was so easy. She made us feel very comfortable. The environment surronding the villa is very relaxed with the golf course, gorgeous views, the casino and the beach. Drove around every day on the golf cart was a plus. The villa provides plenty of rooms and privacy. Each room is surrounded by the panoramic view. The decoration is very elegant and beautiful. We barbequed every night on the beautiful large patio. It has one gas barbeque and one of charcoal. The villa is just in front of the potting green, tennis course and the pool. Beaches, night live, casino, malls, restaurants, grocery stores, beauty salons, drug stores are just minutes from the villa. We were able to relax here in the evenings and have our best family times together. We definitively recommend this villa.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
