Guestbook comments from the owner
We adored the pool and watching all the birds visit. The house is lovely and comfortable. The neighborhood is charming and so close to restaurants and shops. The two weeks we spent here flew by too fast. We love the hot (108 F) days and cool nights and hope to return again next summer. Many thanks!

I'm Matt, the homeowner, and I originally hail from Michigan. After being raised and going to school there, I flocked to Tucson for work but mostly because the weather is...well...wonderful!
In 2003, I purchased this property and remodeled it from top to bottom including the backyard. It was quite an undertaking! This home is near and dear to my heart because it is my first. I thoroughly enjoyed living here and delight in sharing it.
After moving to another home in Tucson and upon the recommendation of my friend and assistant, Evelyn, we made a vacation rental of the home in January 2010. Like this I can continue to share my creation with others who want to enjoy coming 'home' while away from their own home.
Perfect Tucson location: tucked away yet in-town, a stone's throw to the Foothills and Sabino Canyon, accessible to University of Arizona (UA) and downtown too!
Great care went into stocking this home with the best while still comfortable and inviting. We also stay at vacation rentals and enjoy our stays the most when things match, work, and feel like care/intention went into each element. Whether your first or tenth stay with us, this is how we prepare the house for you.
