Welcome to the White Mountains! Our updated condo offers a relaxed & cozy vibe. Our goal is for you to have everything you need! Gas fireplace, warm blankets, soft pillows & beds, full kitchen, TVs. Mtn & river views from our unit! We are on the Ellis River, 5 min to Jackson, 10 min to N Conway. Walk to Story Land! Golf & swim (seasonal) & grill on our patio! Onsite clubhouse w/ food & drink. Just 10 min to Attitash & Cranmore, 15 min to Wildcat, 35 min to Bretton Woods & Mt Washington.
The space
Views of mountains and the river from our unit! Our unit is 1 floor, no stairs at all! It is purely 1 floor living at it's best! Lots of room and seating for a larger group. We have 2 bedrooms, the 1st has a King bed and a convertible chair that pulls out into a single bed. An adult can sleep on the chair however it is best for children since its on the smaller side. 3 total can sleep in this first bedroom. The second bedroom can sleep 4 and it has a set of twin bunk beds and a Queen size bed in it. Our living room has a Queen pull out couch that will sleep 2 comfortably. We have TVs in both bedrooms and the living room area as well. We have 2 full bathrooms, both with a tub and shower combo. We also have a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry while staying with us (we even provide the laundry detergent for you). We keep a stocked bottle of shampoo and conditioner, as well as body wash in each shower in case you forget to bring your own. We supply all of the linens, towel, blankets and pillows, & cleaning supplies so you can just come and relax during your stay. We have a full kitchen and in the summer we have a grill for our guests to use on our private back patio that overlooks the river. AC for summer, a cozy fireplace for winter to ensure you're comfortable year round. If you have little ones, we have a portable high chair, umbrella stroller and a pack and play here for you (just bring a sheet for the pack and play). In the summer we have an outdoor pool, playground, tennis & basketball court, par 3 golf course and a restaurant/clubhouse that has food & drinks to enjoy! The pool, golf, tennis, basketball and playground are all shared with other guests. Guest can use our amenities as follows: $20 unit per day, $35 for 3 days, $55 for 7 days. Golf is $10 per day pp (not included in daily amenities fee) and you will need to bring your own golf clubs (we don't have rentals)! Push carts and golf carts are available on a limited basis and an additional fee. Amenities are open Memorial Day - Labor Day from 10-6 daily. Golf sometimes opens in April pending New England weather and closes later in the fall. No direct access to river from our unit unless you are willing to go down a steep hill. More direct access down by the clubhouse.

The condo is all yours! Patio is private for you to enjoy although you may see neighbors sitting out from time to time next door.

Golf is $10 per day pp (not included in daily amenities fee) and you will need to bring your own golf clubs (we don't have rentals)! Push carts and golf carts are available on a limited basis and an additional fee. Amenities are open Memorial Day - Labor Day from 10-6 daily. Golf sometimes opens in April pending New England weather and stays open longer in the fall as well.
