Whether you are looking for a beautiful beach, great fishing/shelling/crabbing from New Pier & Dock, viewing wildlife/birds, biking, quaint shops and restaurants, or just Peace and Serenity--Chincoteague is a very special place!

This beautiful contemporary style home features 4 bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, lots of open living space--this home easily sleeps twelve people. Large Families will love the enormous dorm bedroom that can easily sleep six. Backing up to Cincoteague Bay--you will be in awe of spectacular views and sunsets that can be viewed from the back deck, Screened in porch, or one of the walk-out porches off the two upstairs bedrooms. A great retreat for a family or private romantic getaway.

Just a mile or so from downtown shops and restaurants, and an easy three-to-four-mile bike ride to Assateague Island where the ponies and beaches are located.

Also just a hop and a skip from boat, bike and moped rentals. A perfect place for everyone in the family.

This home includes a newly renovated completely-equipped kitchen, cable televisions throughout with DVD players, stereo, fireplace, barbecue grill, washer/dryer, lots of parking and fabulous open space inside and out.

Available for weekly or weekend rentals. During the summer season, rentals are from Friday to Friday.

Balcony (2) : Both upstairs bedrooms have balconies with amazing views of the Chincoteague Bay. Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: This home right on the Chincoteague Bay has the most amazing views! Also with New Dock! No Pets Allowed: Owners have bad allergies - sorry. Birding; Assateague National Wildlife Refuge.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend on the Island in this lovely Home!

The owners provided such good customer service - very important!

My Grandchildren had a great time crabbing on the dock!

The house was spacious - sleeping all 12 of us very easy!

The kitchen had everything we needed and this family needs alot!

The name of the Home is perfect! Beautiful Sunsets on the Marsh!

Loved it! Love coming to the Island!

A wonderful summer vacation!

Thank you for letting us live in your beautiful vacation house in Chincoteague for one week. We had a great time there! We caught lots crabs in the private dock and swim and Kayaking in the bay. We also enjoyed see the wild houses and birds in the national wildlife refuge. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. We will recommend this house to our friend and we may comeback for another time later.

Perfect Spot in Chincoteague

We recently stayed at this home for a few days in May. We were very pleased with the beautiful home: beautiful & clean rooms with genuine furnishings, wide open living room space, nice new kitchen, amazing sunset views over the Bay, and plenty of living space for a nice sized group. The house is tucked away in a quiet corner of Chincoteague, but still close to the center of town and the beach. Altogether no complaints and very satisfied. Thank you!

We had a wonderfull time at this lovely home with awesome views of the water. The dock was perfect for crabbing and fishing. The home was spacious and comfortable, with a modern kitchen and updated baths. I would stay again and this was my second visit.

We highly recommend this house! My family of four, along with our friends (another family of four) stayed here for a great, relaxing week. The house has plenty of room to spread out, large living and dining areas for all, and best part is the great dock with the amazing sunsets! The owner was easy to deal with...really, we couldn't ask for more. I almost hate to write such a glowing review, because I want to keep this as our little secret, but in fairness, I will say that this one is a gem...
