Welcome to your holiday home which has been upgraded with many extras being provided for your enjoyment.

The home is located close to Disney World, other theme parks and many golf courses. It is the ideal location for a fun holiday!

We're close to Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre, Old Town, Water Parks, Celebration, Orlando, Kissimmee, Tampa and many other attractions.

For golfers, we are next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Course and many other well-known courses are within easy reach.

At the end of a hectic day, you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of relaxing in our townhouse.

Whilst using the home, you have access to the Regal Palms Resort facilities, such as the pool area, lazy river, water slide, outdoor hot tub, Volleyball Park and TIKI bar.

Inside the Clubhouse you can enjoy the fitness room with steam room, sauna and indoor hot tub, beauty centre, sports bar, games room, internet cafe, and restaurant. There is free WIFI access in both the clubhouse and the townhouse. The resort has a 24 hour manned reception; you will find the resort staff friendly and helpful so that your stay in our home will be a vacation that you will remember for years to come.

Our privately owned home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and sleeps 8 persons. The bedroom arrangements consist of a downstairs king size bed with attached bathroom, and upstairs two twin rooms with a shared bath and a master with a queen size bed and bathroom. There are TV's in three of the bedrooms and a flat screen HD ready TV in the lounge with DVD player. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge areas. We provide use of a pack 'n play, high chair, security safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer etc.

Local Facilities: Local Facilities include Publix supermarket, restaurants, pizza parlour, Applebee's, banks and shops are within easy walking distance. There is also a Wal-mart located within 5/6 mins drive along Hwy 27, with a Lowe's discount store adjacent to Wal-mart. There is also a Super Target located just at the top of Hwy 192, within 10 mins drive.

The townhouse is located on a gated resort approximately 35 mins drive from Orlando International Airport and 55 minutes from Sanford airport. The resort is located just off highway 27 and is 20 minutes from Disney world, 25 minutes from Sea World & Discovery Cove and 30 minutes from Universal Studios.

My family of four stayed for our first family vacation and loved it! My children (6&9) had a blast in the pool area. we not only cruised the lazy river but the water slide was just as fun. the pool also is great for younger and older children as well. on thursday night the resort even put on a movie at the pool. there is also the Banana Jacks arcade(mini chuckie cheese i would call it) it served food and had great games. more then enough fun for the kids and family. the unit was freshly cleaned and had everything we needed and nothing to bring with us but food. it had more then enough room and was a great home to relax in. i would highly recommend renting this home to anyone. john is great to deal with and the price is great!

Brilliant Holiday - Excellent Villa

In November 2012 my family & I had a fantastic holiday in Florida, staying at this property at Regal Palms resort. This is the second time I have stayed at this property & would recommend it.
The house had a Spanish Colonial on the outside, finished in warm pale terracotta. The road on which the resort is based is lined by palm trees with wide, open views. Then property itself was very well equipped, everything you need for an ideal holiday. The hallway as you enter is very light and leads on the right to an initial large double bedroom with a spacious ensuite. The open plan living/room diner was very large an excellently finished to a high a spec. The living room faces out through patio doors onto a green area. The upstairs has three large double bedrooms, one which has a king size bed complete with double ensuite. The whole family slept fine during our stay with no complaints. The family bathroom was also very well equipped with hairdryers also provided.
The property is ideally located for access to all the main parks; it is only 15 minutes to Disney! In addition the resort centre with pools, slides & lazy river, outside Jacuzzi, restaurant etc. is great for a relaxing day.

Overall a definite 10/10 and we look forward to returning.

Annual family vacation

This is our 4th time coming to Regal Palms, 1st time at this unit. We had 4 adults and 2 school age children in our party. We found this unit to be very clean. John was very helpful in answering all our questions. Once you are inside, you will see they take pride in their home. There is a bedroom on the main level with a queen size bed with bathroom, 2 bedrooms upstairs with 2 twin beds each, and a master bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom. A bathroom in the hallway finishes the upstairs. We found having 3 bathrooms VERY helpful and VERY accommodating. Our children enjoyed having their own rooms, but many times found themselves sharing one together. We have stayed at a unit with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. After staying here, we'll continue with the 4 br, 3 bath unit. We enjoyed having no neighbors behind our unit. Many mornings we woke up to watch hot air balloons fly over in the backyard.

The units on our street were very quiet. I would highly recommend this home. We have already started to plan our trip for next year. You will be very pleased!

Best vacation ever. Location is great. We were only 10 mins from Disney. The townhouse is clean and comfortable. We had 7 people with us and there was plenty of room in the townhouse. The property is beautful and well landscaped. We enjoyed the pool and the lazy river, highly recommend taking a few days to enjoy it. John is great to work with. He responded to my questions quickly and helped us to have the best vacation ever. If you are planning a vacation to the Orlando area I highly recommend Regal Palms. I definitely will recommend John and Regal Palms to all my friends. Thank you John for helping to make this a wonderful vacation.

The townhouse had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The resort is beautiful and very well landscaped. My 10 yr old son couldn't stop smiling throughout the whole vacation. We had 7 people with us and had plenty of room in the townhouse. It's location is perfect. Disney was a straight shot, only took 10 mins to get there. Highly recommend a day of relaxing by the pool. Loved the lazy river. If you are considering a vacation in the Orlando area, this is the place to stay. John is wonderful to work with. He is very helpful and responded to all my questions very quickly. Best vacation we have ever had. Thanks John for everything. I will definitely recommend you and Regal Palms to all my friends.

Regal Palms is a great place for a vacation. The resort center with the pools, lazy rivers slides & Jacuzzi & bars is an ideal place to wile away your leisure time. It is located close to all the parks.
