Newly Remodeled, Beautiful Golf Course Villa

I had the privilage of staying here for 4 weeks and my wife joined me for the last two. You could not ask for a more comfortable place to stay. the decor was really nice with a "beach theme" through out and the cleansliness of the condo was most impressive.It had everything we needed and more. Dealing with the owner's was extremely easy and very enjoyable. The view of the 8th tee at pinehills golf course was great and the condo is so centrally located to everything. We have already planned to stay for another 4 weeks in 2013. Overall a great place to stay and a hi-light of our trip

I stayed in this condo with two other individuals and I must say that it exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing. Just between North Myrtle and South Myrtle, Central Myrtle has much to offer! Stores, outlets, beaches. We plan on staying here next summer already. The owner was very responsive and caring, and took the time to ensure that setting up the rental went smoothly!

The kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything we could need and having a washer and dryer present was definitely a plus. The screened in porch on the third floor gave an excellent view of the golf course and provided a nice area to relax and eat breakfast while enjoying some fresh, cool morning air. The area was quiet, it was not busy like South Myrtle, so it was a nice escape for us when we needed to recharge. Although quiet, that does not mean that you cannot enjoy yourselves...it is the beach after all!

I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for something on the calmer side to call home base while at the beach!

My family stayed in this condo the end of June 2012. We were visiting the area because our sons baseball was playing baseball at The Cal Ripken Experience. We loved this condo!! It is very clean, newly remodeled, 1 mile from Myrtle Beach, on the golf course (I watched my son and husband play 2 holes from the baloney) and across from the pool! The owner was great to work with she even called us to make sure everything was satisfactory after we arrived at the condo!! Several of our friends stayed at other condos on the property which were very dirty and not maintained! Condo is very reasonably priced and we received our deposit from the owner in a very timely manner. We would definitely stay at this condo again and have already recommended it a friend who will be attending The Ripken Experience next summer.
