Newly constructed (2011) timber framed home in the heart of Mittersill Village and Franconia Notch State Park. The location offers convenient access to Cannon Mountain Ski Area during the winter months. The house is within walking distance(1/4 mile) to the Mittersill ski lift and groomed cross-country ski trails. During the spring, summer and fall enjoy easy access to popular White Mountain hikes and attractions (Flume Gorge, aerial tram, paved bike paths, Mt. Lafayette, and Echo Lake beach). The location serves as a great home base for northern NH family theme parks and is within a short driving distance to the towns of Littleton and Lincoln. The Includes cathedral ceilings with exposed timbers throughout the first floor, including the master bedroom and master bath. Two queen beds, one full, one single, and a pull-out coach, full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, deck,Foosball table, plasma TV with blue ray DVD, HD cable TV and wireless Internet.

Great hiking and cross-country skiing, mountain biking and cycling right from the door! Take the tram to the top of Cannon Mountain or enjoy a day at Echo Lake beach (1/2 mile away). 10 miles from Littleton,NH and Loon Mountain Ski Area! Perfect Spring Break

My friends and I booked this place in hopes of a relaxing Spring Break away from school and we were surprised at how spot on this was. The house was amazing and was enough space for six adults to comfortably fit. We enjoyed all of the included amenities, especially the fireplace. We skied at both Cannon Mountain and Bretton Woods and were pleasantly surprised with the conditions and the proximity!

Corey was great as well - he was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had and made our stay that much more enjoyable.

We definitely would love to return another time!

The chalet was beautiful. Perfect location, clean, spacious, and relaxing!! The kitchen had all the dishes, pots & pans, and appliances we needed. It even had Dunkin Donuts coffee for us to brew. The kids loved using the foosball table, and we enjoyed relaxing in the living room and looking out the sliding glass doors into the private back yard. The home is conveniently located near I-93, and we enjoyed exploring the beautiful area. Corey was great to work with. Any time we had a question, he responded very quickly. Thank you for providing a great home, and making our stay comfortable and memorable.

The house was wonderful, very clean, and located close to all the attractions! It was stocked with everything you need and then some (including baking soda which came in handy after a bee sting)! We appreciated the guide in the house to various restaurants and sites! Corey is very responsive also. We plan to return next year! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Great Home to Share!

We stayed here with our friends. We had a total of 4 kids and 4 adults. The house was spacious with us never feeling crowded. Everyone had a comfortable space to sleep. The house was absolutly spotless when we arrived. We felt right at home. The house is in an ideal spot. We enjoyed a day at Santa's Village, Clarks Trading Post, and various hiking spots. The kids loved visiting Echo lake to swim, fish, and cool down after a busy day. We loved it! If you have young children the kitchen did not have plastic cups and plates for them. But other wise the kitchen was a nice spot to cook in. We talked about coming again because we just loved the house and the locataion! Thank you for a great vacation home!
