First floor consists of 892 sf with hallway, bathroom, king size bedroom, living room with dining area and a luxurious kitchen. Second floor has 888 sf including 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washroom with washer and dryer and closet in the hallway for linens. The patio covers 712 sf including pool and a covered Lanai. There is private parking for 2 cars right in front of the entrance to the home. Living room: It features a leather sofa, coffee table. Ceiling fan, 42” flat screen TV and DVD-player, I-pod ready radio with CD-player and Interactive 'On-Demand' Digital Cable and Pay-Per-View In-Home Movies. WiFi Internet. Dining area: Beautiful dining table, kitchen bar has additional 5 seats. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with the gourmet cook in mind. Electric 4 plate stove/oven, large refrigerator with separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, teakettle, toaster, blender, mixer and electric can opener. It is generously equipped.

One couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. It exceeded our expectations. Being there was 10 in our party the rooms were spacious and immaculate. The only thing was we never found the ironing board and the kitchen could use a few more baking pans. Would we stay there again? Oh yeah, most definitely. I truly recommend it to anyone making future travel plans.

We try our very best to present a well cared for, and meticulously clean vacation rental property. The ironing board was replaced as soon as it was brought to our attention. Amazing :)

From the second we walked in the condo we was like wow. We were only a family of 4 but the really was perfect. Everything we wanted was there. Little pool was great but we liked to relax round the big pool was perfect for our 4 year old gils. We rented a car so everything really was only 2 mins away the big publix only couple of miles away and as for food your well spoilt for choice Dominos went down a treat on the first night. Think it prob took about 10-15 mins get the disney parks so really was close. If you want closer stay in a disney hotel we did once and i know we will never stay in one again after staying in something like this. Also the Brenda Sali the agent was great really could not do enough.I know we will be booking for 2014 as soon as we book flights

Loved it from start to finish - great environment for the kids with the communal swimming pool... Our 6 year old met friends from Canada, London & U.S.A which he wouldn't of had the opportunity to do so if we had stayed in a "usual Florida Villa". Will be back in March to the same house, it was that good. The Scott family - Ayrshire.
