Palm Coast House Rental Photos and Description
House, 6 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 13-15)
Enjoy a great family vacation at our beautiful Florida home. We have accommodations for large groups at budget-busting prices! We ask only that you respect our property and tell your friends! We love great deals and sharing them with others.
We always tell people who are visiting Florida, 'Get out of Orlando, and have some real fun!'
We are the parents of five children and love to travel. As a large family, we can appreciate the expense (and craziness) of just leaving the house. We would love to share our beautiful home at an affordable price for families. Palm Coast is a great location for many budget-friendly adventures. We are centrally located between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine, with Orlando and Jacksonville just an hour away. This area represents the 'real Florida,' with great beaches, excellent fishing, and beautiful state parks just minutes away. The house is ready, just bring the family!
Our home is 2300 square feet with six bedrooms and two baths. There is room to sleep 13 people comfortably, with additional 'kid floor space' available. It is all on a single level with no steps. The master bedroom is large with a king-size bed, large private bath, and giant walk-in closet. We have three bedrooms with queen-size beds, a bedroom with bunk beds, and another bedroom with two twin beds and a trundle bed. We have a pack-n-play on site for smaller guests that fits in the master closet. The bedrooms share a central living room, kitchen, and dining. The home is fully furnished with dishes, pots and pans, bedding, towels, microwave, coffee maker, and washer and dryer. We also have a beach shower outside and a gas grill on the back porch. An enclosed garage is available for parking with bicycles, fishing poles, and nets inside.
Our home was built in 2005. It was recently updated with new paint, flooring, and lighting. We provide cable television, a DVD player, and high-speed internet connection.
Flagler County is a true golfer's paradise with great weather year round. We have 10 golf courses near our home! Flagler golf courses range from oceanfront links to inland marsh, lake, and woods. Flagler County is often referred to as “the Pebble Creek of Florida” with golf courses designed by legends like Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player and Tom Watson. Golf pros and novices alike will get a thrill out of the varying landscapes, which include undulating greens, natural brooks and streams, and the biggest water hazard known to man – the Atlantic Ocean. The natural landscaping is uniquely Floridian with live oak trees, sabal palms and American holly lining the fairways and greens. With a large variety of courses to choose from, golfers from all skill sets will be able to put their game to the test!

There are many great beaches near our home. If you want privacy and quiet time, drive straight up the road to Flagler Beach. In fact, we stick by the pier for the lifeguards and to actually have more people around if someone gets into trouble. Be sure to ask about the riptides and swimming conditions. Low tide is our favorite because the little kids can play in the tide pools while the big kids surf. We have both boogie boards and surf boards. We ask that you be sure to WASH THEM OFF in the beach shower and that you are careful getting them to the beach and back home. Also, remember that they need to be stored INSIDE the house. They like the air conditioning as much as the rest of us! They will quickly ruin in the garage or outside.
If it is surfing that you are interested in, we highly recommend surf lessons for the kids. Z-Wave across the street from the pier offers great lessons. They were so much fun, and we felt it was well worth our money. They provide the instructors and the boards.
Our kids love to fish off of the pier. We purchased a family pass for the pier, which if you are staying a while, may be a better option. However, fishing for one day is very affordable. We have poles in the garage, or they may be rented at the pier. It is only $6.00 per person to fish for the day from the pier. A saltwater fishing license is not required from the pier. The bait shop is right at the pier also. This fishing trip is a blast! With the ocean at their feet, they never know just what they may catch when they cast their lines! We have seen whales, dolphins, sharks, sting-rays, and manta-rays. The variety is great! Our younger son prefers not to fish, but loves to play with the MANY birds on the pier.
If you want a 100% Disney vacation, then our home isn't for you. But, if you're ready to experience an all-access Florida vacation, including the Beach, Daytona, St. Augustine, Parks, Golf, and a day or two at Orlando theme parks, then we have the perfect place for you!

About Bryan Fletcher
Stacey and Bryan have been married since 1992. We have 5 children. And we love going on vacation!
Bryan Fletcher purchased this house in 2009
Why Bryan Fletcher chose Palm Coast
Stacey's father was born and raised in Flagler County. We've continued to visit the area every few years for vacation and absolutely loved it. We were lucky to buy a home and live in the area for 2 years. Rather than sell the property, we decided to keep our home, to share it with others and have a place to keep bringing our family.
What makes this house unique
Our home is very centrally located to many wonderful aspects of the 'Real Florida.' We love to go to Disney and the amusement parks in Orlando, but we love the rest of Florida even more. Flagler Beach is amazing -- fun surf, great fishing, shells, and never crowded. Our home is halfway between St. Augustine to the North and Daytona Beach to the South. We're also located halfway between Jacksonville to the North and Orlando to the South. Within 5-10 minutes you can be on US1 or I-95. Our home is very comfortable and inviting, with kitchen and family room close together. We have enough room for 4 different couples and a few kids, or 2 families with lots of kids.
