The house is 500 sq ft and only 22 minutes from Downtown Asheville yet peacefully tucked away in the Blue Ridge Mountains!
The property is fairly secluded but please follow the rules listed below to ensure we do not leave a negative impact on any of our neighbors.

-No guest can book this property under the age of 21

-We are very serious about our No Parties or events policy. Fees will be applied if done without permission

-No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation

-There cannot be more than 4 people in or on the property at any one point in time

You agree to know and agree to following fees:

a) smoking, vaping, cannabis 500$ for each day you are inside the property smoking, vaping, or smoking cannabis

b) late checkout: $200 if your checkout is unauthorized to be late

c) unauthorized pets: $150 for each day you have an unauthorized pet

d) Parties or Events: $1000 a night

-If there is any issue, please notify the host as soon as possible so they can resolve the problem
