House, 7 Bedrooms, 4.5+ Baths, (Sleeps 14)

A wonderful house for a couple, or for a small or large group. The view is inspiring, and it is a great place to relax by the fireplace or rock on the porches.

The living area holds a dining table and a poker table (which converted to a dining table allows 14 persons to share a seated dinner). Wireless internet and a land-line phone with unlimited USA calling is available for those who blend vacation and work!

The porch railings are wide enough for 'view-dining' while standing on the porch. The Chefs in your family will love kitchen with 2 microwaves, two sinks, 2 dishwashers, and both a gas and a charcoal grill.

The upstairs bedrooms each have a vanity with sink in the room, and share a bath. Guests are comforted by a powder room at the front entry. Downstairs, the 'Library' bedroom has a bath en-suite, and two additional bedrooms share the second downstairs bath. There is another den downstairs, with TV and a mountain view from the terrace.

Access cards to enjoy the amenities of the Sapphire Valley Community Association can be purchased at the Community Center for $15/adult/week. Kids are free!

There is plenty of paved parking for guests.

Tubing on the Frozen Falls

Wanted to let you and Wade know how much we enjoyed our trip to the mountains. What a great house. Kids had a blast tubing. We visited a few of the waterfalls. Weather was perfect for hiking.

Skyhigh is my haven! We have visited every year since 2002. The views are beautiful. I can feel the stress leave my body the moment I step onto the back porch.
The area has so much for families to do: hiking, rafting, skiing, tubing, canoeing, swimming, golf, festivals, shopping… it’s easy to fill up a day! Even if it rains, we sit on the porch, listen to the water on the leaves of the trees, and play games (in the closet). Great family time!
I love that the house is so clean and large. We can go with several families and everyone has their own beautiful room and bath.
The kitchen is well appointed and fun to cook in… Who doesn’t love the smell of cookies baking mixed with the clean mountain air!

We have stayed at SkyHigh a number of times and each time is just as wonderful as the last.
The house is spacious and beautifully appointed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need for any size group. And the views.... Something to behold! SkyHigh is truly fabulous.
