A bright open split floor plan home. The home is fully equipped so all you need bring is personal items. There are numerous resturants and shopping 5 minutes away. If you are a golfer, there are 27 holes of golf for a daily fee. The location is close to the interstate, the airport and the Ringling Museum and the gulf beaches are within a short drive. Busch Gardens in Tampa is an hour away and Disney in Orlando about 2 1/1 hours drive. To quote a client, the area and the golf course is fantastic!

My wife and I reside in University Park during the winter month enjoying the warmth, the sunshine and all that Florida has to offer. We have a large family and they all enjoy visiting during the winter. We are high handicappers but really enjoy the golf courses entertaining family and friends who visit during the winter.
Any we would say might be prejudice.

The golf courses at University Park as well as the golf courses nearby are some of the best. Home Depot, Kohls, Super Target and Super WalMart, and numerous restaurants are a 5 minute drive. The fact that University Park is a gated community with controlled access 24 hours a day is comforting. Add a beautiful landscaped area with many mature trees and it is easy to see why University Park is rated a #1 community.
