This Four bedroom, Three bath home is located in the very popular and beautiful golf resort of Highlands Reserve. We have equipped this home of everything you should need. The home has numerous towels, extra bedding, kitchen utensils, pool towels, pool toys. To make your stay as comfortable as possible we have pillowtop mattresses on the king master and queen bed. The king master is located downstairs. It has an oversized tub and private shower. The queen bedroom is located upstairs. We have recently refurnished the home including a large sectional that converts to a sofa bed and a 47' flat screen in the family room. We have also stocked the home with movies, books, and a Playstation 2 with over 20 games . Every room has a TV/DVD/VCR. Free local and long distance phone calls. The pool is South Facing to enjoy that warm Florida sun all day long.

Bedrooms: King master with pillowtop mattress on main floor with private shower and oversized tub. Queen bedroom upstairs with pillowtop mattress. 2 sets of twin beds with fun kids themes

Entertainment: South facing pool -Pool toys/pool towels -Playstation 2 with games -Books -Movies, JUST ADDED GAME ROOM WITH AIR HOCKEY, POOL/PING PONG TABLE, BASKETBALL GAME, ARCADE GAME WITH OVER 40 GAMES!!!

Thanks tracy, we all had a great vacation. The house was well maintained. We enjoyed the private pool and the game room.Central location enabled us to visit sea world, disney water parks, st. Petes beach and hard rock casino..St. Petes was about 1 and 1/2 hour drive but well worth the drive.Great deal for the rental price....
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

House was really centrally located for us between Orlando and Tampa airports plus Disney,Universal Studios and Seaworld as we had family visit from Canada. Loved the games room and pool as we spent many enjoyable days around the pool and evenings in the games room. Your house was clean and described accurately in your ad. We cooked most of our own meals and found everything we needed in your kitchen and loved that Publix was so close for all our grocery needs. We missed a bbq and bought a small on at Walmart.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers
