Luxury neighborhood living within walking distance of town! Enter Peak View and you enter a unique, peaceful, stylish world unto itself. Each of three levels offers privacy, space, beautiful décor and comfort beyond the average rental. A first level family room with bath and access to garage offers a huge sofa with queen sized pull out, TV, game table, and more. On the second level find a fabulous, utterly unique kitchen, bright and comfortable living/dining area, two bedrooms, bath and laundry, as well as access to a wrap around deck with gas grill, hot tub and picnic table. On the third level find two large and lovely bedrooms: master with queen bed, deck, huge closet and a lovely refurbished master bath; loft bedroom with queen bed, deck, closet, and an overall super comfortable and one-of-a-kind feel. The kitchen is fully equipped. The home includes linens, towels, paper products, and offers satellite TV, DVD, wifi and local phone service, as well as AT&T cell service. The hot tub awaits on the deck within steps of the living room door. Peak View is located in the Sunnyside Neighborhood on the northwest side of town, a minute away from shopping by car, and a short walk away from the local small town movie theater, ice skating/tennis, several trails, and town itself, not to mention the local RTD bus stop/park-n-ride for transportation to Boulder/Denver, Eldora Ski resort and more. Pets are welcome at Peak View with an additional security deposit and cleaning fee.

The Peak View unit was awesome. We had a family of 6 (two girls age 3 and 1). The unit itself is like staying in your own home in the mountains, all the amenities! The inside of the house is very upscale, the decor was beautiful, and very well maintained. The owners have created a vacation home that is second to none in our opinion. Our son's wedding was in Boulder and was very quick and easy to travel to...we shopped Flat Irons Crossing and dined in Louisville, Boulder, Nederland and Estes Park and at the house...we did not use the hot tub, but would have if time would have allowed. The view of the mountains and the community of Nederland was wonderful. Several of our family took hikes and used the great outdoors. Working with Marcelo to book our reservation was very easy and they were very accommodating to our family. Would absolutely give this home and this property management company our highest recommendation and will definitely stay here again.

Money and time well spent

My sister rented this place for my kids to get away with thier aunts and uncle. This was a great place to stay and the owner's were great to work with. It is close to a lot of activities yet you are off the beaten path. There is a great view sfrom the balcony to top it all off. We will be back there for other family gatherings.

Peak View is a perfect place to spend some time in Nederland. It is a well maintained newer home which was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms had high quality linens and were spacious. The rooms were bright and furnishings were modern and beautiful. The binder of information was helpful and the home even came with a coupon for a local restaurant. We only spent two nights here, but we enjoyed our stay at Peak View and hope to return sometime in the future. Peak View is highly recommended for a large group or families who need extra space!

Wonderful Christmas

Our Christmas family reunion worked out so well with 4 bedrooms and the extra sleeping on the first floor. With the road a bit snowy, it wouldn't be an easy walk to Ned, but the view was terrific. The home had all the necessities, 3 levels of living, comfortable beds, and Marcel was most helpful in having everything ready. You are just a few miles to Eldora for skiing, and Ned has everything else you would need. Just a half hour drive to Boulder makes it easy to get to extra ammenities.
This home is perfect for a large family, plenty of space, all the basics you would need, and the home is well-cared for. After a busy day, this was a great place to relax in the hot tub, and enjoy the view! Thanks for a memorable vacation.
