Little Elk Ranch is a 4 bedroom, 3 and a ½ bath luxury mountain home situated on a private and tranquil 20 acres with perfect views of Pagosa Peak. Located less than 5 miles from Wal-Mart, City Market, and great restaurants (and Starbucks) in uptown, a 10-minute ride into Downtown Pagosa Springs/Hot springs, a quick 40-minute ride to Wolf Creek Ski Mountain, and 1 hour to Durango airport, come see why Little Elk Ranch is the perfect place to stay!

This home has recently been redecorated to make your stay as cozy and comfortable as can be and has something for everyone! A bunk room upstairs includes 2 full beds, the secondary bedroom has a queen bed with a perfect view of Pagosa Peak while the 2nd upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bathroom also with amazing mountain views. The downstairs master has a king bed and includes a sitting area perfect for a morning coffee and some mountain viewing to start your day. The master bathroom is made for pampering with a jetted tub and a multi-head shower with shower seat.

Stay connected with Starlink Internet and, if desired, work remotely from the private office tucked away upstairs. Relax by streaming TV and movies with your regularly used apps on smart tv’s throughout the home. Enjoy movie night on the 85-inch TV or take on family & friends in a game of darts, air hockey or shuffle board in the media/game room. If you prefer chess, cards, poker, bumper pool, old school video games or just some quiet reading time by the fire, make your way to the formal living room. The kiddos can enjoy some reading or quiet time in a space of their own with the kiddie nook upstairs, which includes a small tent and lovesac to cozy up in.

If outdoors is your place to relax, find comfort by the fire pits on either the north or south facing decks, soak in the 8-person hot tub or swing in the hammock chairs while stargazing! Cornhole, jazzminton, ladder toss, giant jenga, yard dice and other outdoor games also provided. Say hi to the resident turkeys, elk or fox for us if they happen to stop by!

The home is equipped with a washer and dryer, so keep the packing to a minimum for easy travel. Wash and dry those cold, wet clothes from a day in the snow or bathing suits from white water rafting in the San Jaun River, all while you relax with a coffee, hot cocoa, or tea from our beloved coffee bar! If you prefer iced drinks, this home also has a nugget ice maker.

Central heat throughout, 2 fire places and additional electric heaters to keep you cozy warm in the winter. Stay cool in the summer when needed with central a/c, and ceiling fans. Humidifiers and charging ports are also provided throughout the home.

Whether you chose to come in summer or winter, you like to whitewater raft, hike, bike, or horseback ride in the mountains of the San Juan National Forest, take a horse-drawn sleigh ride, hit the trails on snowmobiles or ATVs, soak in the world’s deepest hot springs or just relax on the deck at the house, Little Elk Ranch would love to host you!
