It is less than 200 feet from the beach and dipping pool. The bedroom is in back and has its own private covered Veranda overlooking the garden at the back of the property all by itself. The large covered veranda gives a great place to sit out of the sun or rain and enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sunset. This is a very large one bedroom unit and extra beds can easily be brought in to accommodate more guest. This is also great for children because of the lawns, dipping pool private gentle sand beach, it is gated and safe. They can run free except there is no cover for the dipping pool)
