House, 3 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 10)

Up north cottage with spectacular views located right on 2000 acre Duck Lake. Cottage is in Interlochen, just 12-15 miles from Traverse City and in walking distance to Interlochen Center for the Arts and the Interlochen State Park.

The house sleeps up to 10 people and has two bedrooms downstairs (one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed) plus an upstairs bedroom with two full beds, a twin, plus an extra rollaway twin. There's also a fold out pack-and-play in the closet if you need it for an infant, and a couch for one more!

Lower level has a full wall of windows overlooking the lake and is decorated with log furniture, new flooring, has a full kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer. There's also a large 650 square foot deck on the lake side with chairs, tables, charcoal grill, and an outdoor fireplace for evening campfires.

The swimming area is very nice, too. Hard sandy lake bottom runs the full length of our 100+ foot dock and there is a ladder on the dock for easy entry/exit. We also have additional cleats on the dock if you plan on bringing a boat.

This cottage has everything you need for a nice relaxing stay and is close enough to enjoy all that the Traverse City area has to offer. Very close to the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, wineries, casinos, Cherry Bowl drive-in theatre, Crystal Mountain, shopping, and more.

Just wanted to let people know that we had a wonderful time while on vacation at this cottage.The owners were very professional and responded quickly every time. Nice big deck overlooking the lake and your own swimming area to enjoy.We really enjoyed this home and our vacation.
