My husband and I enjoyed an outstanding month at this charming property. We loved the house and felt right at home, as the owners left many of their own amenities available so that we could move in as if it were our own; we appreciated their trust! It was great not to have to shop right away, and so we replaced what we used where we thought it would be useful to the them or their next renters. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, the pool and lanai were wonderful, the living spaces were large, the kitchen was great. And, we LOVED the eclectic art collection which was whimsical and cheerful. The bedrooms were also spacious and the beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were uncluttered, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with up-to-date fixtures and beautiful granite. It was also easy to communicate with the owners and they were very attentive to details. We loved entertaining visitors there, at 4 different times having a couple of guests for a couple of nights. Everyone who came thought the house was great and appreciated the owners' personal touch. There is plenty to do in the area - we enjoyed tennis; golf; bicycling; shopping; the many beautiful beaches; great restaurants in Longboat, St Armands Circle, AnnaMaria Island, and Sarasota; the Ringling Museums; the Selby Botannical Gardens; and exploring nearby islands both by boat and car. We highly recommend this and would happily rent it again
