This house is a place for family & friends to gather, relax and have fun! The house is located in the center of Cape Cod, within walking distance to Rt28. A lakefront beach just 0.6 miles away is a great spot for kids, and several Nantucket Sound ocean beaches are within 5 minutes by car. The Bass River Golf Course is less than 3 minutes away, while a privately deeded access area is the perfect launch point for any canoeing or kayaking along the beautiful Bass River.

3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds will comfortably accommodate 8. A sleeping sofa will accommodate 2 people. With 3 baths, a big living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dinning room, a breakfast nook, and a large family room with plenty of books for quiet reading, and games for fun, this house is suited for both relaxation and excitement!

The house is newly renovated with central air condition, a new bath with Jacuzzi, hardwood floor in every room.

Area Activities: Summer on Cape Cod! Enjoy swimming, golfing, fishing and boating under the dazzling sun. This lovely vacation home is located in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood. Far from the loud hustle and bustle, it is still convenient to virtually everything. More than 10 of the Cape's best beaches, fishing, kayaking, and boating spots, shopping areas, and restaurants are within 10 miles.

Historical museums, the Aquarium, Whale watches, the Cape Cod Rail System for biking & hiking, and lots of kid's activities are also easily accessible.

More Area Activities: The Yarmouth-Dennis Regional High School is in walking distance for those who love the free Cape Cod Baseball League during the summer (early June to the mid- August). Ferries to the beautiful Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are a 15-minute drive, while historic Chatham, Providence town, Wellfleet, the Cape Cod National Seashore, are a 30 min drive.

The home owners were very hospitable & kind. We celebrated my boyfriends 30th birthday with 10 friends & found the space to be more than comfortable. It was very clean & had many amenities for us. The owners were very prompt, honest & gave us birthday balloons upon our arrival. The lot is great for a bbq & the kitchen/dining room are perfect for hosting a large group. Only suggestion is to renovate the large basement for more fun/activities. I highly recommend this place - however, make sure to do your research for dining, beaches & bars before hand as much of the cape is spread out with limited public transit/cabs. We rented a van via Access Express one night for only 25 bucks each for 6 hours which was very helpful in communting our group. Definitely looking forward to a future trip to this Cape home. Thanks for everything!

This wonderful vacation home will definitely be one of the more memorable and enjoyable rental stays. The home is clean and simple, yet providing many of the everyday items you would look for and use at your own home. From spices to dishes, pots, and pans...this home and well equipped, making it very comfortable like it is your own. To top it all off, what is better than 2 full bathrooms? 3!! Bottom line, my friend's and I had a great time, will look forward to renting this property again next season.
